It sucks that our wait time was over 20 minutes. We did get a notification that they had us on the waitlist, even though it lied to us and said that there was no way. Place was jampacked with people as it should be on a Saturday night. Thankfully, we got a booth at the back of the wall and it was very nice and chill on that side. Our waitress was very attentive and took care of us the entire night. She always made sure that we had water in our water cups and got our drinks Promptly. The food was pretty decent. My husband was surprised when he got his brisket sandwich and it actually had brisket and a burger and bacon. His fries were very meh šŸ˜‘. The regular fries were nothing to look forward to, even though they did have a decent taste. I got the chicken sandwich was really good, and the salad mix that they had instead of just lettuce, really added to the crunch of the sandwich. The sweet potato fries are definitely a good upgrade. They are so good. My son got the shrimp scampi pasta. He said there was nothing really good about it that it just tasted like pasta and shrimp. He did have to take off a lot of the shell from some of the shrimp before he actually started eating. The blue drink that he got, I cannot remember what it was called. But it had whipped cream on the top and some sprinkles. I really enjoyed our food, but the best part was definitely the chocolate chip cookie with the ice cream. They call it Pizookie, And it was so delicious. My son and I had a sword fight with our spoons to get the last bites. Our family will definitely come back. The advice that we gave our son was to pick something that’s actually going to be different and good. Like my husband’s barbecue brisket sandwich. Or my crispy spicy chicken sandwich. The aiole sauce was spicy but so good. And we will always get that cookie and ice cream.

My partner and I were really looking forward to our middle of the week dinner out, but, were sadly disappointed by our experience. Our server Mia, though very bubbly and initially sweet, seemed to really be struggling with listening to what we were saying. After ordering two raspberry teas, we were presented with the wrong drinks initially and then waited for the next few minutes for our correct drink order. We ordered the avocado egg rolls which were brought out to us by another server who said he would be right back to bring us some plates, and he never returned. And they really didn’t have much flavor. We also had another server bring our salads to us and then proceeded to wait for another 5 minutes until we could ask for silverware that was never provided. The salads were actually quite good, but it’s kind of difficult to screw up a salad. I had decided to go with the fish and chips, where my partner went for the ribs and steak platter. Both were unfortunately disappointing. My fish was absolutely fried to a crisp, not to mention one of my pieces of fish was just a piece of fried batter (see the picture attached) The steak was quite tough with a slight hint of smokiness, but after tasting it myself, definitely not worth the $30 we paid for just that meal. It was a really weird experience and everyone who worked there that we came into contact with seemed very distracted and not attentive to us as their customers. They were acting as if the dinning room was slammed but there were servers just standing around. Though I have some very fond memories of my experience at BJ’s, we will most likely not be returning.

This was THE WORST experience I’ve ever had at BJ’s. It was so bad that even though I’ve been busy for a couple of days I made it a PRIORITY to set aside some time to review this dreadful experience. Our server Brian T didn’t seem too happy to see myself, my sister and my son at his section. I almost thought he was just a horrible waiter until I started observing his behavior with his other tables ā€œwhich all just HAPPENED to be the same color as him I’m sureā€, he actually showed all of them his customer service skills, apparently we weren’t worthy of that.

When he took our order he he was bland and not personable at all, but we didn’t think much of it at first. Then when he finished our orders he left our menus on the table. We were a bit thrown off by that, but we still thought honest mistake, right?

Our food arrived and as we started to eat we of course started needing things at the table, but our waiter Brian T, never once came to the table to ask if we needed anything. Mind you he didn’t even drop the food himself. It would appear that he wanted very little to do with our table at all. I was so confused by this because we were all in a great mood. We were smiling and happy so what would be the reason to try to avoid our table? Well apparently Brian T didn’t feel we deserved ANY customer service.

When he finally did check on us we were all done with our meal and we had already solicited any help we needed from random workers passing by that we could grab. But since we had finished we asked for two simple things. Our check and two to go boxes. Easy right? No no, not for Brian T. He disappeared in the back for a few minutes, then we watched him check on his other tables, he took another tables order, then he headed up front to speak with what I believe was another co- worker. So agin we were left to flag down the nearest employee and ask them for assistance. Everyone else seemed so nice, happy and apologetic for the poor service we were receiving. We received our to go boxes and we sat there waiting for our check. He finally realized that all he had to do for us at this point to get us out of his life was to present our bill. One would think the horrible service ended there, but you (just like me) would be wrong lol.

Brian brought our bill and we gathered all the money in cash, he took the ticket and said ā€œI’ll be right backā€. We waited and waited and waited some more, as we observed that the table STILL had the menus, and every dish we used, and our empty drinks that he never refilled. He simply wasn’t coming back! I had to yell out to him and his response was ā€œdid you need somethingā€?

Oh I felt my blood begin to boil! This meant two things. Not only did BRIAN T think that we were going to leave without the receipt, but he also had the AUDACITY to assume that the change was his tip!!!!! I mean the absolute arrogance was astonishing! That did it for me. I will never dine at a place where the standard of service is so low, that it’s nearly non existent. This was the absolute worst service I’ve...

Our server John’s level of attentiveness and professionalism truly elevated the experience to a whole new level. From the moment we were seated, they greeted us warmly and ensured we felt welcomed and valued. They took the time to explain the seasonal specials, answered all of our questions with genuine patience, and even offered thoughtful suggestions based on our preferences. His timing was impeccable—our drinks were refilled before we even had to ask, and they checked in at just the right moments to ensure everything was perfect without being intrusive. It’s rare to encounter someone so passionate about their role, and it made us feel like VIPs throughout the evening. The food itself was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. The Avocado Egg Rolls arrived perfectly crisp on the outside, with a creamy, flavorful filling that paired beautifully with the tangy dipping sauce. The Deep Dish Ziti was hearty and comforting, with layers of gooey cheese and rich marinara sauce baked to perfection. Every dish looked like it belonged on a magazine cover—vibrant colors, artful plating, and enticing aromas that made it impossible not to dive in immediately. The highlight, of course, was BJ’s signature Pizookie dessert—served warm with just the right amount of gooeyness and topped with creamy vanilla ice cream that melted into every bite. It was clear that the kitchen staff takes immense pride in their craft. The atmosphere at BJ’s another reason this location stands out. The warm lighting, modern decor, and comfortable seating creates an inviting ambiance that’s perfect for both casual dinners and special celebrations. Despite how busy the restaurant was during our visit, everything ran like clockwork—a testament to the exceptional leadership of the manager we had the pleasure of meeting, Amy. They were visible throughout the evening, checking in with guests and ensuring every table received top-notch service. It’s rare to see management so hands-on and engaged, but their presence clearly set a high standard for the entire team. From start to finish, our experience at BJ’s Brewhouse was flawless, and we can’t wait to return for another...

I placed an order for delivery yesterday, and I am just appalled with the turn of events. First the order was picked up at 5:01 pm and a driver with phone number and the usual travel time with map was sent to me. I waited for 45 minutes and the car on the map close to my house never moved. So I called thinking he was having car issues or locating my house. No answer. So I wait another 15 minutes and call again. No answer. Then he calls me but can’t speak any English, so I try my best to understand what the issue is. Then he just hangs up on me. Now I’m irritated. I get a text in Spanish. Just great! I text him back with my address hoping this is the problem. All he has to do is tap on the address. No reply. I’m seriously over this. I wait another 20 minutes and text hey what’s up?. No reply. It coming up on the 2 hour mark now and I’m done with this. I call bjs and talk to the manager who says she’s going refund my money and reward used. She advised me to call DoorDash. I call DoorDash and was told they can’t do anything for me and that the driver is still in route. I’m also told I should call bjs. Ok whatever!so after 2 hours the food arrives finally but now it’s garbage. The ice cream is liquid and everything is cold and sat in a car for more than 2 hours. For most us we know better than to leave food out that long because it can become contaminated. I’m not risking it. Can you imagine the lawsuit if I ate it and got deathly sick or worse? Today I check and yep the manager didn’t refund my money or my reward. You tell me who should pay? Me? Absolutely not. Why would anyone pay for old possibly rotten food? Should Bjs pay? Absolutely since they told me they would. Then they can go after DoorDash or don’t use them anymore. I used to love bjs especially the one on Centennial (NW). But if I have to pay for food I can’t eat there’s no reason to go there. BTW The food at the S Rainbow location isn’t as good as the one...
