Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Nevada

Just left the drive through, I was using the carls jr app I go here ALL the time. I've never had problems with that app specifically before but I've had similar issues with mcdonalds and tacobell. The coupon which kept being brought up I had via app for a free double California classic burger with my 309 stars which is 9 more than the reward of 300. I even replayed myself pulling the coupon, an Worker got my phone and even pulled it up themselves and it wasn't working. All they said was 10% off, girl 10% off a burger that was supposed to be free, don't these establishments conduct customer satisfaction I've always loved this location but after this I don't think I would want to go back and probably stop using the app if your coupons won't be redeemed and still have to pay for a free item, elsewhere it's provided with an apology and free burger. Like I'm sorry we are in a recession, I wanted to use my free burger coupon for them to say 10% off, just give me my free burger that isn't more then 3.99. I had 3 workers come with no help and when I did a online order they didn't even let us pay for the extra meal we previously ordered told us to wait in front and brought only the free burger that i had to do an online order for.. we assumed they were going to get the card and fix things inside but no. 😔✋️ pls fix ur customer service carls jr I love you so much and ur the only cheap burger place that don't taste like booty, but if this is the same ima head to gag McDonald's where they provide my items for free when the app glitches and problems come out not a 10% tax discount. Manager wjth the grey was impatient too and just walked off after showing her my issue but the lady with eyeliner on her bottom eye she was one of the more nicer ones did try to help and ask manager permission but idk what happened back there. Just fix ur customer service or get good app developers for your damn coupons. Yes I'm that mad...

The store for the most part is kept clean. The bathroom floor was dirty but it was stocked up. They'll bring your food to your table. You place your order and pay, you get your cup and go get your drink then find a table of your liking. Some of the people there will come up to counter and look at you like they are going to take your order and then walk away. That's why I'm not going to give 5 stars. If you ask the person who brings your food to your table for ranch or something like that they'll bring it right over. They have free refills for the time you are there. They don't have the attitude of get in get out like the majority of fast food restaurants. Now if you're going to be there for hours they might get upset. Really who spends hours at a fast food restaurant? They have music playing but it is not so loud that you can't have a conversation with whoever is there with you. Service is pretty fast and accurate, I have not had any mistakes on my food orders from...

Horrible I only gave it 2 stars because other Carl's Jr resttaubts are greT but this one was horrible, was waiting in drive thru for over 30 minutes and 15 of those minutes were at the window, you would think they were cooking your meal it was going to be hot and fresh wrong wrong wrong fries were cold cheese was not even melted on the burgers and the milkshake was melted! Why were we sitting there so long for cold food that obviously was sitting a while as well!! I tried calling them when I got home and they hung up on me before I could say hello!
