Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Nevada

I’m not big on fast food burger places, this location seemed dead and empty but boy was I in for a surprise.

I stopped by to rest as my wrist started aching while riding my Harley and I haven’t ate all day. The woman who took my order was very connected with my order and wanted me to get a discount using the app. I didn’t want to add anything on my phone so I declined but I got the double patty bacon and guacamole burger.

It was delicious and made like they took time to prepare and it was fresh and hot. As I was sitting eating the same lady came from behind the counter and asked if I needed anything to drink. I said no, she said are you sure? Water? I said no I’m fine thanks.

Another woman came 5 minutes later and asked if I’m doing okay and how was the burger.

I was thrown off and shocked because I never had that type of service at a burger joint, especially the chains like Mc D, Carl, Bking. It was clean, not crowded but clean.

I personally thanked them for their hospitality and even though I’m against fast food chains, they just won a regular customer. I felt safe eating whatever they made, very very impressive. Manager please give the crew working on Valentine’s Day 2025 a raise. I promise they deserve it. The cook also!!!

Late night on my way home I stopped and took a chance for the first time. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and asked if it came with lettuce and tomato. The order taker said it came with mayo and lettuce so I said okay as the lettuce in the pictures looked inviting. Also ordered fries. Drove off disappointed in the fries as it was obvious that they were old. Cold and soggy. Got home and opened the sandwich to find a lump of something in the middle of the bun that looked like old remnants of chopped lettuce. The chicken also tasted like it was sitting forever with hard dried pieces on the edges. Even though it was all only $7.00 it wasn't worth it. I'd rather spend twice as much and actually get something that was fresh. Will never go back to any Carl's Jr. Simply disappointing.

Update: received an email with a link ad you can see below. Well the link doesn't work and it then asks me to go to their website to put in my information. Misleading message as I do not want to send my info. I should be able to fill out what they want to know without getting messy.

Zero stars. My roommates and i Came to grab some food late at night and the girl (Kasie C) on drive thru was extremely rude. Was impatient with our ordering, and wasn’t allowing us to order our food comfortably. And because of that we didn’t get to make our food combos or fully order what we wanted. It was extremely unasked for. We got to the payment window and she was even more rude. She proceeded to open and close the door, gave us back the card in a rude way. It’s the second time with this issue at this location. If the workers don’t like their jobs then maybe they shouldn’t be working there in the first place and should consider employment elsewhere. As a server in a restaurant, the attitude and the way it was handled was completely uncalled for no matter what the complications were. We used coupons and she failed to honor them after collecting and got charged full price. We aren’t coming back to this location. The workers are extremely rude at night.
