Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Nevada

So I stop at this place for the first meal of the day around 12:15p. Mind you I've been out working since early this morning. When I walk into the place at least 3 different staff members made I contact and not one said "Hello, welcome to Carl's Jr.!"; "Welcome we'll be with you shortly."; or even a "Hi." I stood at the counter for minutes, while they went about their work until what appears to be a Lead or Shift Manager says something and takes my order. The order was ready in 6 minutes and when it was delivered it came with 4 ketchup packets for a medium box of fries. Are you serious? When I go to the ketchup dispenser, the dispenser was empty. At 12 noon, no ketchup? I settle for the ketchup packets but when I do there's some sticky ish all over them. They expect me to touch my food after my hands touch this sticky ish all over their ketchup packets? I return to the counter, ask for another set of ketchup, I was given another exact count of 4 packets with more sticky ish all over them. Okay, what was it about there is sticky ish all over the packets you did not understand the first time? And what are we doing, rationing ketchup packets? I wouldn't have a need for the packets if the dispenser hadn't been empty. So I return to the counter again to retrieve my own ketchup from the bin sitting on the counter, and lo and behold, all the ketchup packets have this sticky ish all over them and the ketchup packets are all clustered and stuck together by this sticky ish. So I ask the lead if I can have packets they were handing the drive thru customers (I was sure those didn't have sticky ish all over them), and she tells me they do. Disgusting. Then she tells me they're packaged this way. I tell her in all the places I've been to that hand out ketchup packets, never have I been given some ish like that. She shrugs her shoulders nonchalantly. I told her I was going to post that ish on the web. She didn't care. I asked her, "What if the Health Department knew about this, it's unsanitary. You expect people to touch this stuff then touch their food and put it in their mouth? She didn't care. She said go ahead and call the Health Department. So I'm posting this nasty ish...

So I was just scammed at this location and that's a shame because I frequent this store a lot. I ordered a spicy double western bacon burger the total was $8.49 so I tell the kid, mind you he came off as a punk at the window. "Hey I would like to do $5 cash and the rest on card" no problem he tells me the card will be charged $3.49. So I get my burger and receipt the receipt checks out, but I just had this urge to check my card and make sure everything was right. I see another charge for $5.30 which was not even a number we discussed. I flip back around into the drive thru and let the kid know about the issue while showing him the false charge on my card statement. He replies "I can't see I don't have my glasses" obviously playing me for a fool he proceeds to get his "manager." So the manager comes to the window I air my grievance and show him the false transaction on my card. He recognizes it as wrong, but would not do anything for me. I tell him "Just give me the $5 cash back and it's settled." He tells the receipt does not say it charged you $5.30 so there is nothing he can do. I tell him well there has to be a transaction right before or after mine for $5.30. He goes silent and tells me I have to come back and talk to his manager. No wonder why business in all fast food places are going down, plus the service is completely out of the question bad in this location I know everybody needs to work but I don't know what they hire or especially promote employees to manager if there are not have ceroooo customer service and when you ask them something nicely, manager just tell you to call the corporate that she does not have nothing to do with it?!! if you had a coupon And you came to get a hamburger and Then you wanna buy a fries and a drink is more expensive if you just come without the coupon and buy the combo of the same side with the same hamburger. that is what happened to me I should have done the combo without the coupon and would say $2 then the manager completely non customer service told me to call corporate if you don't like it ,really bad I guarantee that this place is going to close sometime soon the way that things are with the economy and with customer service like this, I don't recommend to come to this place or any other Carl's jr.
