Came in for a Valentines Dinner with my wife, excited to treat her for the day. Even made a reservation two weeks in advance to ensure we'd be able to have a table since I expected it to be busy. When we arrived it was bustling with service as I expected, but thanks to our reservation we were seated almost immediately!
This was the most positive part of our experience.
Server was friendly and got us drinks promptly. Our appetizer, Mozzarella arrived not long after our biscuits, and both were delicious. I ordered the 2 Shrimp Your Way while my wife ordered the Create-Your-Own Ultimate Feast. We chatted and finished our biscuits and appetizer within the first half hour. Manager checked on us and we asked for more bread and then waited.
And waited...
It was over 45min before our server went to check on our food. Almost another 15 before we received, and even still, they forgot the crab legs with my wife's order. Thankfully that didn't take long to receive but at least we could finally eat. If not for the hunger and long wait, we likely would have sent our food back because nearly all our shrimp and her scallops were overcooked, the Grilled Skewers especially as they were practically jerky! By the time I was able to flag down a manager, we had eaten as much as we could stand to sate our appetite, but after the long wait (an hour on another basket of Biscuits), I simply wanted to voice my frustration and get the check.
The manager was nice, and while I didn't get her name, she took off our drinks & appetizer, let us know the Cook in charge of bread WALKED OUT on his job, so that was the cause of the long wait, but she'd get us more as a finale apology once it was done, telling us it'd be 8min. We agreed, thanked her for the adjustments and waited after I paid for our meal.
After fifteen minutes my wife and I just decided to leave as we were done waiting. After everything, the only other positives I could say were the free Valentines postcard we received and the fantastic Brussel Sprouts for my wife's meal. Everything else was lackluster. Working in the food industry myself, I knew what to expect with wait and service during such a busy day, but an hour long wait for overcooked food is NOT acceptable anywhere. We may have been sat in the corner of the restaurant, but I didn't expect for us to feel like we had...

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5)
I recently visited Red Lobster located at E. Flamingo in Las Vegas, and I must say it was far from being the best experience of my life. In fact, I can't quite say it was a positive one overall. From the moment I stepped in, I was met with disappointment after disappointment.
Upon entering, I noticed that the gentleman working behind the bar seemed overwhelmed and very busy. It appeared that he was the only one attending to customers in that area, which resulted in significant delays in service. I tried to be patient, as I understand that restaurants can get busy, but even after waiting for what felt like an eternity, I couldn't even place an order.
After walking away and considering leaving, I decided to give it another chance, as I was responsible for ordering food for a group of people. However, my second attempt was met with similar frustration. Despite returning and waiting for five more minutes, I was still left sitting there, trying unsuccessfully to place a large order.
To make matters worse, the general atmosphere of the bar was tense and chaotic. The bartender seemed to be constantly searching for assistance because he had an issue with his check, leaving him unable to focus on serving the customers effectively. This lack of attentiveness contributed to the overall unpleasantness of the experience.
Moreover, the restaurant itself didn't smell very appetizing. The odor was off-putting, and it significantly affected my perception of the food quality even before I had the chance to order anything. The combination of these factors made it increasingly difficult for me to enjoy my time at Red Lobster.
I eventually decided to leave without having the opportunity to taste any of their dishes. It's unfortunate because I had been looking forward to indulging in some delicious seafood, but the subpar service and the unappealing ambiance left me feeling disappointed and unsatisfied.
Based on my experience, I can't say I would recommend this particular Red Lobster location in Las Vegas. The service was inadequate, the ambiance was lackluster, and the overall experience was underwhelming. As a result, I won't be returning to this establishment, and I'll be cautious about visiting any other Red Lobster locations...

Wow Great Service by Ellen and Gabby and thanks for the two managers on duty Rheanon & R Adrian. We had the platter special U Pick 4 entrees and 2 sides. We chose Steak, Salmon, Garlic Shrimp, Alfredo Shrimp, broccoli and coleslaw. Every dish was spectacular and both perfect. The warm biscuits were soft and fluffy and great to sop up the sauce with. My hats off to the Chef and his staff for excellent food prep. Jesus cares say your prayers Amen! Merry Christmas, and happy new year to all.
Great service by Kenzie on mother’s day.
Unfortunately my dish sucked.
They had a new dish called D.L. signature Alfredo Lobster & pasta. The ingredients were horribly over salted as was the lobster that you could not even taste. I forced a few bites but left it not even wanting to take home or share with my dog. The waitress was to busy for me to complain although excellent & I could sense her stress. The cooks did not use fresh heavy whipping cream which is traditionally used for that dish.in fact it was light brownish in color other than eye appealing white.
I am sorry I did not complain to my waitress as it was a bad dish I was surprised it was I'll prepared.
Treviso at Caesars Palace Forum shops does a Similar seafood Fruitti-Di-Marre dish for $5 more that is way beyond what Red Lobster served to me. I am an expert at Treviso reviews as have had the Fruitti-Di-Marre at least 20 x or more And 40 times at Joes Stone Crab Steak Seafood in Forum shops as well. I am a formers Commissary man in U.S. Navy. Aka Cook, baker and cake decorator. I work with fresh ingredients daily. I do highy recommend Red Lobster but NOT that dish..
