Subway — Restaurant in Winchester

What is the purpose of ordering online? I ordered online at 11:45am and arrived at the location at 12:00pm and asked about my pick up order (one chopped salad). It wasn't ready (OK, I was 5 minutes early per my order confirmation which said 12:05pm). However, after asking about it, nobody seemed to react and they continued working on orders from people standing in line. It was completed at 12:20pm and when I asked what the purpose was of my placing the order online, the cashier shrugged her shoulders at me and walked away. POOR...

Myself and two other customers were ignored for over 5 minutes while the one employee decided to prioritize a never ending online order over customers standing right in front of him. Maybe this would have been ok, but we were never even greeted or told “hey I have a large order, just give me a few minutes”. Instead it was as if we didn’t exist. Needless to say we left. Don’t go here unless it’s a call ahead order because you will be sent to the back...

This Subway location is the best! Dino & Jeronimo are real sandwich artist! They make your sandwich with love and just the way you love it! I've worked subway back in California and I know how much work it can be! It's crazy because there is a close subway to my house. Yet they are very rude and sloppy! I will drive the extra miles to get my fresh sandwich! If you want a Subway sandwich go here they do it right!!! Gracias Dino and Jeronimo...
