Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Nevada

One star, because I can't give them a zero! Drive thru worker "Michael" straight rude and unprofessional. Went to this location at 4AM, we just left spring valley hospital for my son and we decided that since we've never ate here so we wanted to try. First it was asking about their burritos, he said we dont serve breakfast till after 6AM, okay so I asked all of them (burritos) just making sure that they didn't have any burritos that was part of the lunch menu, and got the reply didn't I just say that OMG. Then My son wanted chicken nuggets, I asked if they had chicken nuggets.. replied with no and that if you want chicken nuggets you should go to Burger King. My husband said well with that attitude maybe we should but since we're here I'll just finish ordering.. but nope couldn't do that because he wouldn't finish taking our order had us sitting there in the drive thru for 5 minutes calling them so we can finish but they refused to finish our order. Yup that just topped it off, pull up to the front door and boom there he was . Knocked on the door and he opened surprisingly because for your safety your not supposed to answer the door if your closed. Yes I was furious his excuse was he forgot the mic was still on and I didn't know you have a son that wanted chicken nuggets. I also told him, I'm pretty sure we're not the only customers you've done this to and he said yeah your right. Anyways •• Point of the matter is you dont know anyone that goes through that drive thru, you dont speak to customers the way you do and you definitely dont refuse service to whoever you want to. I won't ever come her again to this location . One employee can ruin it for all, that's all I gotta say! I will be going back in to speak with management because it took up 20 mins of my time and he's just straight inconsiderate . We Decided to go to McDonald's across the street where they were really busy 5 cars ahead of us and still kept a positive attitude. OH AND BTW, WE WERE THE ONLY ONES...

I recently visited Carl's Jr and had the pleasure of being assisted by Brittany. Her customer service was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, Brittany greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and an enthusiastic attitude that immediately brightened my day.

I am amazed, I came to Carl’s Jr. today specifically in this location during my lunchtime, I dined in and there was amazing service. I would completely recommend it to all my friends and family walked in and the place was in amazed conditions in spectacular conditions. I was so shocked at how amazingly the staff greeted me. I don’t usually come to the side of town. I stay on Nellis and Sahara so my location for Carl’s juniors is always far and since I was working on this side of town, I decided to stop by here today. And like I said amazing service the entire staff was amazing. The manager Angela was super helpful. not to mention, the cashiers greeted me with the big smile my order was hot and ready and on time I was able to make it back to work on time after my break and they came to check on me to make sure if I needed anything else super helpful extremely wonderful time and just mind blown out how spectacular this location is compared to other locations in La Vegas 100% will recommend and I will definitely be telling all my friends and family that this is the best location in town.
