Great food—when it’s on-time and the order is correct. I arrived at the location at the posted pick-up time and was told there would be a short wait. I decided to order the mini chocolate strawberry cup while I waited. He made the one with pistachios instead, which costs a few dollars more. No biggie—I don’t like especially like pistachios, but I can pick them off. I then approached the counter again 20 minutes later and was told it would be a short wait. Meanwhile, I watched walk-in customers come and go with their food. My salad was finally ready 30+ minutes after I placed the order and 24 minutes after the posted time. I finally sat down in my office to enjoy my salad, and there is no avocado on my avocado Caesar salad. I love Cafe Zupa’s but the service lately has been very poor. I asked a rep to place a large order a couple of weeks ago for the office (10 orders from the Boca Park location) which was not filled in time. She ended up canceling the order, and the staff was disappointed to have Subway as a substitute. Please tell me my recent experiences have been flukes. Zupa’s has been a go-to for my family since we moved to Vegas from Hawaii 9 years ago. Sadly, I’m losing confidence in both the Boca Park and...
Read more'My Song For Cafe Zupas' In our dreamy village, 'neath a cerulean hue, A mystical spot emerges, children, just for you. Could "Zupas" mean magic, or a spell so divine? Amidst meadows that gleam, and stars that align.
(Chorus) Chant along, my dears, to the Zupas refrain, Where ethereal wonders and mysteries remain. Is Zupas a whisper of joy, or a secret delight? With every sip, our souls take bite.
(Verse 2) Golden fields sway, to Zupas' enchanting call, Basking in the glow, where moonbeams daren't fall. Perhaps Zupas speaks of tales, ancient and grand, Or it's the heart's echo, from a far-off land.
(Bridge) At the heart of our realm, where Zupas does thrive, Its name as a beacon, dreams come alive. Gathering 'round its aura, tales of wonder we spin, Zupas, a word that heralds the mystical begin.
(Chorus) So, hum the enchanted tune, my dears, of Zupas' lore, Where dreams intertwine, and imaginations soar. Could Zupas be love, or a fantastical feast? In its name, we find magic, from far west to east.
(Outro) As stars twinkle and dance, in the cosmic ballet, Zupas' word we'll treasure, come what we may. To you, my children, this sonnet I weave, Zupas, a lullaby, in which...
Read more3.5 Good food, clean eating areas, clean restrooms, & most of the staff was overall very friendly & helpful. One gal in particular after my daughter & wife asked to sample a soup her response was "...we don't do samples here!" In a very snarky tone. I felt that could have been an opportunity for a different response. Portions were a lot smaller compared to other locations in AZ or UT. When you walk in the main door the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty or not working properly & we were not the only guests to notify the front register but while we were there (maybe 45-50 mins)it was not fixed. This would have been 4.5 stars maybe even 5 stars if not for those few areas (Disrespectful attitude, smaller portions, & perhaps clearer signage for a 1st time patron to get from the front door while still adhering to social distancing guidelines the signage was a bit unclear unless you have frequented this particular chain. We will visit this location when we return to this area cause perhaps this was just an "off day" & that happens so we will give them a chance to earn the 5 star rating we know they are capable of...
