I think this is the only place I've been in Las Vegas in my almost 30 years born and raised where I can say that this is how I imagine living in a small town. The chef, Ronnie, had taken the time to get to know my family and asks us how we are doing each time we come in. We also usually have Raquel as our server, and she is so accommodating. I feel like this service is 5 stars all around.

Now, the food. One word: amazing. Ronnie is not only the head chef, but he is also an owner of the restaurant and you can tell from the quality of the food. He will mix sauces for you depending on your preference and then tell you which sauce tastes best with which food. The fried rice is amazing, and, I've been to steakhouses here in Vegas, but I don't think I've had a steak so tender before. I also usually get the calamari fillet because it's not common to find and I like that I can do the pick 2 with it.

I will also say that I like their sushi AND their poke. This is also a go-to poke place for me. However, my family ONLY goes here for hibachi now. There's just something about the quality of the service and food that sets it apart from the rest. And Ronnie is a VGK fan and he's always wearing a VGK hat, so...

One of, if not THE best Habachi experiences I have ever had!

My family went to the restaurant while on vacation as a last minute dinner option, and It was a phenomenal choice. We were set up with Pariseth as our chef, and to summarize: he was the best. I have been to many of Habachi restaurants in my life and I have never had a more talented, funny, and entertaining chef who also cooked great food. First of all, the food was to die for! Usually when my family goes to these types of restaurants there are a lot of leftovers, but but we all practically cleaned our plates. His routine started as expected, but very quickly I noticed how witty and funny his speech was. I have seen chefs try be funny with varying results, but he connected with us on a level I have not seen before. And his routine over all was extremely one of kind! He was throwing in extra flair and unique skill left and right. He even went out of his way to make a custom spicy sauce for us! Not to mention he used fire to a degree I have never seen before. I usually never write reviews, but this was so good that I just had to spill my beans. I would highly recommend it to everyone...

Honestly can’t believe what I witnessed tonight. Appears to be a newer chef working there. I watched him playing around on his cell phone, touching the screen. He put it away and never washed his hands. He continued to handle food, and even grabbed some sauces from the fridge and was doing a “quality check” on them. Only his version of a quality check was dipping his finger in, licking it, and then dipping it back in and licking again. Then he went to another sauce and did the same thing before it dawned on him to grab a spoon. After that he went back to the sushi roll he was making for me. I went up to the counter and asked for it to be remade, and by someone else. Naturally he tried to argue with me but I had to tell him, “sir, I’m not looking to argue with you. I watched you do it and I know you saw I was watching. I just want it remade by someone else.” The guy who remade it apologized profusely. Owner was there and didn’t seem to...

Stopped in for a quick solo bite. They are under renovation inside which was quite odd but they have a little bit of seating upfront still. Staff, friendly and alert, I was greeted upon entry. The prices are rather high for Poke especially considering the quality of ingredients was nothing special. I ordered a rainbow roll in addition to the PokĂ© bowl and requested no cucumber which was acknowledged but not followed through with. The rainbow roll was super jumbo compared to all you can eat places with extra crab added on top, which was pretty awesome. The water is really disgusting. Not sure what’s going on there. I’d give the food and service four stars and the atmosphere one star to round out to a 3.5.

Flavorful and fresh. Loved the black rice and salad option for poke. Updated July 30,2022 new prices see picture Update Oct 2022 - My usual Poke Bowl servings has changed to very little rice and scoops of protein are just not packed. It can be just the person who served this time but I was pretty disappointed that I had to order another poke bowl bec the serving was not enough and another unfortunate thing is that they charged me full price for the miso soup which is supposedly a 50% discount if you order it along with your signature poke bowl. It was too late when i noticed my receipt. Just a small advice to the management, kindly pay attention on this details, because we really enjoy your restaurant.
