Dunkin' — Restaurant in Nevada

Most of the food that I got it from Dunkin at this location has been…. Decent. For a place that sells donuts, I would expect them to be a bit fresher, but I find the donuts at Vons nearby have been way better. Sometimes when I order my breakfast sandwiches, they come out somewhat cold, which is a bit of a problem since my stomach is more sensitive with egg. The coffees are also not very good. I feel like I get the same drink, but it always comes out differently. And sometimes it tastes like NOT good. The location has nice seating though - if you have to work on a computer or some work, but the food is just OK. The customer service isn’t really impressive at all. some of the employees are really nice, but for most of the people they don’t really seem to care all that much (which like I get it because Dunkin probably does not pay all that well) but it doesn’t really make the experience good for customers I guess. Typically I like the Starbucks on Hualapai a bit better when it comes to the area. To be honest, I would only really recommend this location if you’re not super picky about your food or coffee. The donuts are decent, but there’s better options nearby. don’t just read my review, look at some other ones recently and you’re going to see the same idea reflected...

This is the second time in the past week I've gone here to get tea and they ran out. It's tea - brew some more! They claim it's so they don't have to dump it at the end of the day but this was 3 hours before closing time. I guess the best way to avoid wasting tea is to not make any, but that's also how to avoid selling any. Although they sold me the tea and after I had already paid informed me they were out. They offered me another drink and suggested a coolatta. I asked for a vanilla bean coolatta - waited a few minutes, they're out. Asked for strawberry - another few minutes, they're out. Asked for a frozen strawberry lemonade - 5 more minutes, they actually do have the strawberry syrup to make a coolatta so they'll make that one. Another 10 minutes and I finally get my drink. I was there at least 30 minutes going back and forth trying to order something and then waiting around to find out if they actually had it. Ridiculous. I should have just asked for a refund. The coolatta was disappointing - the straws are too small for the bits of ice to fit through so you just get a mouthful of syrupy liquid. I bet they're supposed to have wider straws for the coolattas but, you guessed it,...

Horrible costumer service. The girls don’t listen to you. I ordered 2 bacon cheese and egg, one with no bacon and one as it is… both came with bacon. I ordered a ham croissant, that she didn’t even add to the order, I was standing and waiting for an order that wasn’t going to be made. I ordered two cappuccinos, one large, and one small with caramel. When I got my order, the small was a regular coffee with caramel. I took it back, explained that I ordered a cappuccino with caramel but I got a regular coffee instead… she was really attentive and got me a cappuccino…. When I was drinking it, no caramel. This didn’t only happen with me. During the short period of time I was standing there waiting for my order, a guy also complained that he ordered a coffee with no ice but it came with ice. He didn’t ask it back, but he should have. So then maybe by remaking the same order twice every time they would start paying more attention and getting costumers what they...
