I was completing a Doordash order here on December 27th 2021 and I guess the store was closing in 10 minutes that’s why I received such terrible customer service. When i first walked in nobody came to the front register but instead the cashier lady began to yell across to me THE DOORDASH ORDER ISNT READY YET! her yelling and the mask I couldn’t understand her so she them repeated herself. I proceeded to sit down after me waiting for a while the customer was messaging me on the app asking if everything was fine because it was taking a while for their order.I let the customer know they were completing their order. Once the order was complete I heard one of the customers who was also waiting for their food say to me ma’am! Then she pointed to the lady working the register. I guess she was calling me but I did not hear her. She then proceeds to ask who is the order for? @ this point I’m bamboozleed because If she would have assisted me in the beginning when I had first arrived. She would have known who the order was for. Instead of assuming I had a door dash order and yelling at me from across the restaurant the order is not ready yet, but she had the nerve to say I’m just doing my job! When if she was doing her job she would have properly assisted me in the beginning. The experience was just terrible and I was and am truly appalled of how terrible the customer service was. Like I had said before i thought it was because they were closing soon but now I’m on here I see the close @ 12 not 10 so I only have one thing in mind my skin color & hair texture. I have Had many bad experience with Latin folks I’m starting to catch on now ! On multiple occasions I have had Latin women specifically janitors brush my feet with a broom in public places! This has happened more than once. Once I found out That people belief this to be bad luck It crushed apart of me because I knew these women had done this to me intentionally. Although I don’t believe in luck it still hurt me. But can I ask my Latin brothers and sisters what does the Latin community have against the black community? In my eyes we’re all children of God race or ethnic background means nothing. But in this country we’re both “minorities” so why do I receive so much hate from Latin communities? Read moreMy husband and I were in town from california because I was having a procedure done at a local fertility center. After the procedure I was on light bedrest for the next 24 hours so we decided to grab take out from this place and go back to our hotel! I’d wanted to try Birria ramen for a while and this place did not disappoint!!!!!
I got Birria ramen add cheese and the man who helped me was super kind, had a great friendly banter, and confirmed that the ramen was good and he would make sure I was hooked up. It was late so most of the toppings were not in the self-serve station anymore - when I informed him, He assured me he made sure I’d have plenty and gave me plenty of toppings in my bag — he even confirmed it was enough before putting them in the bag. We got back to the hotel and oh my lawd! 🫠🤤 it was soooooo good! I enjoyed every bite!

Read moreDo not eat here. My husband went today as he does plenty of times. However when he received his food it was burnt and dry. He asked Sandra to be refunded as my child and him could not eat their food. She then told my husband no one else complained. My husband explained that they could not eat the food. She then provided him with the owner's cellphone. When my husband was able to get a hold of him, the owner kept explaining that if he comes back they can remake the food. My husband said just refund me, the experience was not good. Instead the owner states he does not allow refunds at his establishments. The problem with that response means that they are used to this and just decided to keep customer's money. It would be better if they have a huge sign that says no refunds, because then it will give customers a clue not to purchase there.
