I thoroughly enjoy every coffee experience I have at this location. The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful, even during particularly busy mornings. They keep the lines moving quickly and contribute greatly towards my happiness in the mornings.
The only “negative” (and this is in quotes because it was unintentional) experience I had consisted of when both coffees were placed on the same side of the cup holder, and they spilled as I pulled out of the drive through window. However, I was able to submit a message via the app to relay my experience. I was not expecting anything in return, as I just wanted to bring awareness. I was already planning on returning to the location as this was a once in a blue moon kind of mishap. However, Brenda (the manager) was absolutely wonderful and did her upmost to rectify the situation. I truly appreciate her and her staff’s consideration for me. Working in the service industry can be challenging, but Brenda and her staff always greet me with grace and are so considerate. Brenda’s affords to reach out to me after the mishap only fortifies my opinion of the employees at this location.

I am a doordash driver, plus I have 3 grandkids that have after school activities to close to this location, not to stop for the grandkids, they love dunkin donuts. As for many times as I have been there, also I read the other reviews the orders are never right there always out of Donuts and usually anything else that I order the attitude that comes flying from Brenda the manager is quite unprofessional .... and that's an understatement of her. when I do doordash I don't have a choice I could decline the orders from there that place needs a revamp how can you go to a donut place at least a dozen times and they can't get it right once. It has been a crazy ride when all you want is some coffee and occasional sandwich in the am. It is hard to get past the different attitudes of the people you have chosen to work there. Granite I know the pool of people who can be trusted to work and represent a brand is getting worse and worse. What happened this morning is totally uncalled for. Attention to detail and attitude is everything. Policy because of a clock that lets you know they are committed to service is a whole other thing.
