My boyfriend and I tried this restaurant for the first time the other week, and overall the service and food was good. The only exception was that when we were first seated, we expressed how excited we were to order drinks because of the daily happy hour they were promoting. However, when it came time for our bill, it was around $40.00 higher than expected. The amount itself isn't the problem, it's when we brought this up to the waitress's attention that she finally (!) decided to mention to us that the drinks we ordered (mind you, we ordered beers and wines for the most part during their promotion hours) weren't included in the happy hour. Simply put, we were never corrected by any of the servers while ordering, especially after mentioning this was our first time here. Their drink menu does not specify at all which drinks qualify - it just simply says "Happy Hour 2-6pm daily, beer and wine". We left it alone, and still paid + tipped, but this is honestly dishonest enough that we'll just consider other crab places and probably won't be returning in the future. A suggestion: please fix the 'Happy Hour' menu so that's it's clearer for customers. - Edited for response: Yes, we dined at the Crab Corner off on Sunset & Rainbow. I attached a picture of the wording on the menu - it's at the bottom of the listed beers and wine options, but doesn't explain what specific items are "featured". Gives the impression that everything listed qualifies.

Let me start by saying that I’ve been coming here for years and have brought many people here even since we’ve moved out of town. I typically do not like to complain about food but this was an exceptionally frustrating experience. I ordered 2 cups of Maryland crab soup and the steamer sampler (3 blue crabs, 1lb mussels, 1lb clams, 1/2lb shrimp and 2 ears of corn) as a pick up order with an additional side of corn. Food was $75 plus tip and ready when we picked up. Got back to the house to discover that we were given 2 cups of lobster bisque and the steamer sampler was completely unseasoned with 7 shrimp in total. Never have I seen 7 shrimp equate to 1/2 a pound. I called and was told the manager was too busy to speak with me and could call me back, I said I’d rather wait. It was followed up by the hostess no longer giving me the option to hold. The manager called me back about 10-15 minutes later and looked up the order. The soup was put in wrong by the hostess and they offered to refund the soup and 20% of the sampler somehow totaling in $25. I declined and said that was not reasonable to which he said I could return the food for a full refund so I drove the additional 15 minutes each way to return the food.

I brought this to the owners attention as well as the server before posting. I gave them the opportunity to make it right. I ordered a seafood gumbo bread bowl and was served one of the smallest bread bowls I have ever seen. I’m a local Las Vegan and I understand that inflation is to blame, “allegedly”. $17.00+ later, I’m seriously disappointed with the quantity offered. Taste was fine. Service was good. Overall, 2/5 stars. I wouldn’t recommend this food truck. Sorry guys. Was hoping for a better experience. No… sorry I won’t be interested in giving you additional business as I felt that I already gave you a chance to rectify the issue. There are a lot of options here in Las Vegas and your representatives should have been more astute and addressed my concerns when I informed them of such. They pleasantly declined to do so so your attempt to invite me to your brick and mortar restaurant and spend more money doesn’t appeal to my culinary interests. Again, should’ve done a better job when I brought it to your attention. Good luck with your endeavor.

Crabtastrophie! We used to go to Crab Corner all the time, so we were excited to get their club members only text about their female blue crab special. So we placed an over the phone pick-up for a dozen jumbo female blue crabs, crab dip, and crab cakes. We drove 25 minutes to pick up the food, ended up waiting 15 minutes at the restaurant before our order was brought out, and then drove 25 minutes back. As we pulled the crab out of the bag, we noticed they were very small. We went ahead and measured as photographed.. you can clearly see that the advertising of jumbo 7 inches or larger was false as these measured approximately 5 inches. My family was in town from Maryland and brought with them years of experience eating blue crab. As we started eating, they pointed out that the crabs didn't look quiet right inside as they were slimy and disgusting inside. Even making one of them violently ill. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager to inquire if anyone else had gotten sick or if they had gotten any complaints. The manager said they had not had any complaints TODAY and asked if I could send her a picture of what I was describing. I said yes, and she replied there was no way to get a picture to her. (Than, why are you asking if I can send you a picture!) Further, if I had a complaint, I would have to bring the crabs back to the restaurant. So, I packaged up the 7 uneaten crabs and the oozing half a crab in a zip lock bag, drove the 25 minutes back to the restaurant, and waited another 15 minutes for the manager to come out. When I showed her our mucky crab, the other remaining 7 crabs, the measurement of their small stature her response was "Well I'm going to give you the money back anyways for just the crab, the refund should hit your account in 2-3 weeks. " Today? We had to wonder how often this happens. She did not offer to refund our whole meal or any kind of consideration for my time, gas, mileage or the load of laundry I now have to do because one of our party pissed themselves while puking. I guess thank you for the free food poisoning at only the cost of an hour and a half drive time, the dignity of one of our party, all while trying to pass off miniature crabs as jumbo. P.S. The crab dip was okay even though the bread was soggy ( I am guessing due to drive time), and the crab cake "gumballs" were 3 out of 5 stars, only minimally negated by the shell I almost broke a molar on. Lemon...

I was here about 3 weeks ago and the food was so good. Whatever the sauce was in the combo for 2 made the whole dish! I came back today with my husband again hoping for the same experience but I didn’t get that! The whole experience truly SUCKED! The server wasn’t friendly at all but we did tip her, only because she gave us a discount for the disgusting food. My husband did witness the server talking to another employee about us and he saw her rolling her eyes at us even though I was being honest and sincere with her about how very different this experience was from the last one. I wasn’t rude, just disappointed. I wasn’t at all trying to be a Karen. I was in a decent mood and just wanted great seafood but sadly that didn’t happen. The server told me that the kitchen must’ve been having an “off day” with the quality of the food. Every bit of the food was wrong except the shrimp. I appreciate that the server kept asking the kitchen to remake the sauce like the one I had last time but I finally just gave up because none of them were it. She then told me that she thinks one of the cooks probably made the sauce wrong that first time and that they’re probably going to get in trouble. I’m not gonna lie, I fell gaslit. I could go on about why I feel that way but I want to make this short. The dish I ordered is not a cheap dish ($55) and I’m just really disappointed that this is what I received. No love and care put into this. I even told the server that the clams were overcooked last time so she said she would tell the cooks not to overcook it this time but guess what, they were overcooked, again. I am definitely not going to take that gamble in the future to see whether I’m going to get quality seafood like the first time (3 weeks ago.) This sucks but I’m done with this place. There are many other places and I like consistency so this was it for us. Sorry guys. I’m so disappointed. We’re never...

I am very disappointed in the service of this establishment. We arrived on time for our reservation. We waited for 15mins for anyone to ask if we wanted anything to drink. A family arrived 10mins after us (non black) after 5 mins of being seated their order was taken.

Our reg waiter Jeremy took their order while we still waited. I notice Jeremy asked another waiter (Trevor or Taylor, can't remember his name) to take our order.

I notice the other waiter gesture as if he didn't want to assist us. This waiter went to everyone table and ask if they were ok. 10mins passed before he approached our table asking for our order.

When our food arrived, is was not seasoned, corn was under cooked, and just bland. It was bad enough the customer service was horrible and now the food was just as bad.

We then had to wait another 15mins before we asked for our check as no one came back to our table. Our bill had the tip already added $25. Lol

I asked why is the tip added, Trevor, Taylor whatever his name was said since it was a group of 6 its already added. I made the point of making him realized it was a party of 5 and a toddler and the service was not $25 worth. Please remove it.

I paid the bill with NO tip. Customer service is first and foremost and everyone should be treated as equal. If this is the way this establishment is running their business then shame on them. I will definitely pass the word to all family, friends, associates to never eat here. Its obvious they have issues with Black people. I never felt so...
