The host on duty was extremely rude. From the moment my husband and I walked in. She had a very cold and dry demeanor. Almost as if she hated her job. She told us we couldn’t sit outside although there was seating. So we chose a booth instead. No problem! The food was delicious, our server was nice and attentive. Everything went well...till it was time to pay.

Everywhere in the restaurant there are signs saying 20% off when you download the app. One at each table, a few on the walls and countertops. I downloaded the app, and upon paying she denied the discount. She said ā€œthey hadn’t loaded any daily deals so there is no discount.ā€ I said ā€œwell the signs are misleading but I’ll be happy to take care of the bill in full.ā€ While processing our payments, she asked me was I pregnant. I am not pregnant...Nor do I look pregnant. The question had genuinely perplexed me. I am 5’7 130lbs. I have never been disrespected in such a way EVER. It was the most humiliating experience I’ve had just about ever.

Once we left we called back and spoke to a manager. He was also confused as to why they didn’t give the 20% discount. He also didn’t understand why she’d ask me that question. He just couldn’t wrap his head about this employees actions. After speaking with the manager and learning that she had no reason to deny us the discount, it became apparent that she was being discriminatory. It was our first time visiting and it just a terrible experience.

We came back and the manager gave us the 20% discount. But there was nothing else done to appease this horrifying experience. I am hoping this will reach the owner of...

Great vibes, great eats, and great service. šŸ‘ šŸ‘ The only downside is figuring out what to eat and what to save til next visit. Upon walking in, you're immediately greeted with fresh coffee and breakfast smells along with the front desk host. Plenty of table space and we were able to be seated within seconds. Coffee was tasty and different than traditional breakfast joints. A little nutty flavor with strong, bold notes, and we all began to wake up before our plates arrived. Tons of gluten-free options too, including gluten-free toast, which was pretty tasty. I had a simple eggs, bacon, toast plate while my wife enjoyed a veggie bowl with added bacon. (Trying to be healthy?? šŸ˜…) it was super colorful and had some great flavors. The sausage patties here were pretty delicious too. I'm usually more of a links guy but these patties changed my biases. Wish we had one of these in San Antonio. I could imagine meetingnuo with friends for a quick morning bite, coffee or grabbing a tongo plate before making my way to the office. Perfect off the strip breakfast spot to get fast service, delicious foods, and not have to break the bank. 3 people cost us around $55, and it was better than anything you'll find at the strip hotels. Will definitely be back on our next...

This review is for the Sunset/Rainbow location.

We have been going to The Cracked Egg for over 10 years.

I want to start by acknowledging the servers they are great. Emily goes out of her way to make sure our meal is good. Unfortunately the food can be a little inconsistent, (cold potatoes, over cooked omelets). But nothing seriously wrong, or inedible.

We have watched as the menu prices have skyrocketed, now most menu items are $20.Go look at other breakfast places and see what they charge for the same meal. Perhaps adjust your prices to be more competitive.

The loyalty app needs to be fixed, it is one of the worst apps. I always need to delete it and reinstall it because it doesn’t work otherwise.

When you offered a free entree and are given $14.95 off of a $20.00 item, or a two for one deal with a $10.00 limit, how is this free or 2 for 1?

The booths need to be reupholstere, most of the time you are sitting with a bar sticking in you butt for the meal. The restaurant as a whole needs an entire refresh (Painting, new seats, etc).

With all the new places opening, the The Cracked Egg needs to start showing love to its customer base and all of...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Cracked Eggs off Sunset rd/ Rainbow blvd. A fantastic breakfast spot just off the Las Vegas Strip. The food was served hot and tasted absolutely delicious, with properly proportioned servings that are perfect for sharing if you're not in a rush. The portions are generous enough for two, yet satisfying enough for a solo breakfast. The coffee deserves a special mention freshly brewed and rich, it complemented the meal perfectly. The atmosphere is lively and bustling, creating an energetic vibe that's typical of a popular local spot. Despite the busy environment, the service was impressively prompt and efficient, ensuring we weren’t waiting long. What truly stood out were the friendly servers, most of whom are locals. Their warm hospitality added a welcoming touch to the experience. Overall, The Cracked Eggs offers a reliable, tasty breakfast with great service in a vibrant setting definitely a great place to start your day off the strip.

As soon as you step in, it's a welcoming feeling and you're greeted with smiles. When I'm in the mood for something savory I opt for the "Build Your Own Burrito" minus the eggs! I load up with all my fave veggies: avocado, spinach, mushrooms and onions sometimes bellpeppers. You have the choice to have their seasoned potatoes on the side (which are phenomenal!) But I like to have my potatoes INSIDE the burrito. Food is Delicious! The Coffee Cake is the main star though. They always have different flavors, but the blueberry is my fave. Pictured is the cherry, which I'm trying for the first time, and like always, these cakes never disappoint! Another fave of mine is the croissant French toast :) The staff is friendly, the ambiance is chill and the food is ALWAYS amazing!

9/29/2024 - this is still our go to spot. The staff is so friendly and attentive. The prices have gone up but that's the case everywhere. Just has that small town feel. Very cozy and inviting whith lots of options and honestly I havent had a dish I haven't liked. If your lioking for a bruch place to try, we highly recommend The Cracked Egg. Previous review - This is our go to breakfast spot for several reasons but the staff is always so nice and on top of everything. The food is always good and we haven't had anything from the menu that we haven't liked. Great atmosphere and even though it is a chain reasturant it has the feel of a smaller locals only place. Definitely worth the stop.
