I just ordered my 1 order of teriyaki chicken for $20 knowing it would take a while being in an airport. My buzzer number was 110. People behind me got their food. I just waited. Eventually I buzzed but there was no one to help me at the counter. I stopped an employee and asked about my food. They took my receipt to go check and didnt bring it back. Eventually she came back to an order that had been sitting on the counter, this was order 112. The employee started shoving it at me saying she's been buzzing that. Then literally argues with me about how my buzzer #110 was actually #112 and it's up to the guests to to through these counter orders to decide for ourselves if the Pei Wei employees enter the numbers wrong. This left me and another woman confused and who's food was supposed to go to whom. I had to confront the employee more than three times because she kept just shoving it at me and trying to walk away. All it took was some communication and acknowledging that they entered the wrong number on the receipt. I can take #112 if I am supposed to be another number from what it says on my receipt but i don't want to throw off you entire system by taking someone...

Stopped by here looking for a meal on my way home from Vegas. I like Chinese food and knew that it is very hit or miss when you do Chinese that is more commercial in food courts vs the mom and pop street offerings. Part of the reason I chose this place was because it was being run by a handful of older Chinese women so I thought to myself... Yeah, they're gonna make food that tastes like someone's mama's house... Probably a good bet here. I ordered Mongolian beef over rice and it was not impressive. The rice was on the dry side and the stir fry was not very good. The vegetables didn't have a fresh taste or crunch and the meat was a bit on the chewy and dry side. The sauce did not offer much character or punch. It was edible, but felt almost vacuum packed (I don't know if this is true). Disappointing but still minimally passable. This is a review based on a one time experience and a single menu item, additional experiences with different items could change anyone's opinion to a different one with a wider perspective, but based on this single effort I am not sure I would ever or will...

Everybody's been asking us to give a new review here so we're going to give them one star for the worker at 8:30 Wednesday 2024 was not very friendly or didn't know anything about customer service hopefully the managers look at these things and understand why customers put reviews for a reason and why we come in and put reviews for a reason this is an update review asking us what do we need is not a really good word to ask anybody but how can I help you would be very nice other than that we give them one star for even the worker trying to hide our order as well we give them one star we will not do business with this place and tell the near future if they change and have a better performance for their star ratings never judge people by the their color or judge a book by its cover learn how to be respectful if you're going to be working on the front end and polite and friendly to people we hope this will be changed in the near future not a good way to start off a good year with being mean and looking at people really...

First of all, very glad to have VEGAN/VEGETARIAN options. We had a long flight from Kauai to Vegas and then 3 hour layover in Vegas before fleeing to our final destination - so we were hungry. Not many plant-based friendly options here. Before Pei Wei we stopped by at the Jose Cuervo Tequileria, and host said no vegan options, even though their menu states vegan tacos, vegan burrito etc. When we mention their menu she discouraged us by saying it’s just rice and beans. We were not sure of quality and ordered Kung Pao Tofu to share, but were pleasantly surprised by the freshly fried crispy tofu and the sauce. Could have more veggies, but still was good, especially for airport food! We also received a fortune cookie, that was made without eggs and diary, just wheat and soy. Only wish it was less single use plastic, and they mention on their menu that everything could be made with tofu - we only learned that because we asked.

I arrived in Las Veg as airport at 9:00 am with 25 minute until I needed to board my connecting flight. My stomach was growling over the sounds of the a lot machines everywhere. I was pleasantly surprised to see a Peo Wei as I love PF Chang’s and its little sister restaurant Pei Wei...and even more pleasantly surprised it was open so early. Who said you can’t have Stir Fry for breakfast? I asked for Mongolian vegetable (even though it’s not on the menu). I haven’t been to Pei Wei since I stopped eating meat. The lady taking my order was helpful and accommodating to my menu addendum. The food came out within 5 minutes. It was delicious. As good as any restaurant. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. Sauce was perfect in spice and amount. I promised myself I would write up a review since I was so grateful of eating Pei Wei for breakfast....in an airport. I left perfectly full and happy for $10 and change.

Just to start with this is not the first time we went to PEI WEI , We had it many times in Denver, Colorado, but in other states, but in Las Vegas McCarran airport Harry read now called what was my worst experience ever people are so rude. There’s one guy which was very rude. Getting involved with customer and yelling. At just because I asked a simple question that you should put a sign for a line to tell people how to order from. food was OK but the service is definitely the worst place you can eat at this airport in Las Vegas. Stay Away. The Manager Edward, we’re super nice and understanding but the person I had a problem with his name is Glenn.
