My name is Eve, today Aug 11,2024 I went to this location 5260 Fort Apache Las Vegas to order the 16 pcs family meal . When I was there I showed to the cashier my coupon the 10$ off , I said I wanna use this coupon I got from my mail box . The total was $47.67 So I said to her why you did not applied my $10.00 off coupon she said she forgot. Then she called the manager , her name is JOANNA , I taught she will fix it , but NO she said its my mistake because I did not hand to the cashier , the coupon is in front of her at the counter she can touch it she can pick it up , because its not in knowledge to hand it to the cashier near to her face. Joanna wants me to sign my Debit Card , without deducting my $ 10.00 off So I told her just refund me cause the way you talk to me your mean . So I asked her can I get my refund tomorrow she said 7 business day Joanna is not a good manager I promised that Iwill never go back that location , and I will tell all my relatives and co workers not to go there in that location at Fort Apache . Read moreLiterally, EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, they get my order wrong!!! I finally had enough of it, and decided to write this review in hopes that management reads them. I just went through the drive thru and the guy asked if I wanted to add chips & guacamole, and I said yes. I get to the window and the kid hands me my food but there’s no chips & guac. in the bag. He completely forgot he even upsold me on them. How do you forget that fast?! You charged me for them so how do you forget to put them in the bag?! So I tell him that’s missing, PLUS, I didn’t get my dressing or a straw, so I ask for those items as well, and he only comes back with the chips & guac. And he acted like I was inconveniencing him rather than apologizing for his fuck up, and forgetting half my order. Then I get home and realize my order was wrong!! I asked for no beans and add lettuce and guess what I got?! BEANS and NO lettuce! I also didn’t get a fork or any napkins. Not to mention, the chicken I got in my bowl was fatty, burnt, and not fresh, whatsoever! Read moreI love El Pollo Loco and this is the primary location I visit. Today I visited twice. But it was the drive thru experience that bothered me most of all since I was given a small bag containing 4 small containers. To my dismay, a previous guest must have returned the bag, because one of the 3 containers was empty but had previously been filled with the avocado salsa. This leaves a very unsanitary impression upon me, also while I expect the lettuce to be cold, I did not expect the meat and outer shell to be barely warm. I have ordered from the store several times and the tacos are usually served hot and there is at least an 1/8th of a cup of meat in each taco. I was already down the street by the time I realized what I had been given. My wait in the drive thru was not long at all, I was helped very quickly. Please do better next time.
