Overall experience was great with staff being friendly and welcoming. Alucia was great at explaining the cultural background of the food and when she had a recommendation, she explained all aspects of the food. Super cute interior and very Instagram for those that this matters too. You take a look at the menu and order at the counter, receive a table number and they will deliver the food to your table. Overall great customer service. Great music playing for ambience.
Food was delicious and tasted fresh. Presentation was great with each flavor of the empanada printed on the empanada itself. There was no guess work in which one you were eating. We had the beef, Hawaiian adobo, ranchero, bacon cheeseburger, chicken barbecue, chicken curry, nutella brownie and cinnamon apple with the cilantro aïoli and chimichurri dipping sauces. There was nothing from what we ordered that we didn’t like.
Menu election was a good variety without being overwhelming about 15 or so (2 sweet) empanada options about seven or so appetizer options and about four sandwich options along with three different options for dessert. Pretty good beverage menu that includes lattes, matcha, teas, sweet drinks, refreshers and even wine, beer and cocktails. There are two vegan options on the menu a beef-less, soy based meat empanada along with a cinnamon apple caramelized, apple walnut cinnamon empanada. Dessert, Alucia recommended the flan and alfajor classic. We passed on the flan. The alfajor was simple, but delicious with a tangy outer cookie and dulce de leche filling. The mixed berry lemonade was ao goid and refreshing. The dulce de leche latte was thick, but also delicious.
Pricing is 3 for $12, 6 for $22, 12 for $42. There is no option to purchase one empanada, the lowest is the 3 for $12. The appetizers range from $5 to $16, $16 being a shrimp ceviche. Sandwiches range from $14-$18. Dessert range from two dollars to seven dollars. I think overall pricing is fair to the quality of the food.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Alucia was great at explaining the cultural background of the food and when she had a recommendation, she explained all aspects of the food. She’s from Uruguay which makes her an expert at empanadas and she says this place is the best. I love empanadas and I will say that I was not disappointed in anything we ordered! My family and I loved it all.
Ambience was fun and light with music playing, reflective of the Argentinian and Ecuadorian culture. Interior is also instagramable. Love the cognac and green-colored detail bringing an outdoor patio feel.
Location is in a strip mall. Plenty of parking, however on a very busy street which can make getting into the shopping area, a little difficult, but overall very accessible. Not from here, so I’m not sure about the public transportation access.
They have a food truck aside from the brick and mortar. I would definitely...

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at The Empanada Factory in Las Vegas, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff. The menu boasted an impressive selection of empanada flavors, and we couldn't resist trying a few.
We started off with the classic Beef empanada, which was filled with succulent and well-seasoned beef. The pastry was perfectly flaky and golden, adding a delightful crunch to each bite. Next up was the Bacon Cheeseburger empanada, and it quickly became my personal favorite. The combination of juicy bacon, melted cheese, and savory beef created a mouthwatering explosion of flavors.
For those looking for something a bit more unique, the Hawaiian adobo empanada was a true standout. The blend of sweet and tangy flavors from the pineapple and adobo sauce was simply divine. And let's not forget the Humita empanada, which was filled with a creamy and delicious corn filling that left us craving for more.
We also decided to try the Shrimp Ceviche, which came with a side of crispy plantain chips. The ceviche was perfectly marinated, with the shrimp being tender and flavorful. The plantain chips provided a wonderful crunch and complemented the ceviche beautifully.
Overall, our dining experience at The Empanada Factory was nothing short of amazing. The empanadas were made fresh and bursting with flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We can't wait to come back and try more of their delectable offerings.
