Nevada Wellness Center West — Local services in Spring Valley

I typically don’t leave reviews, but I do so when the service is either extraordinary or exceptionally poor. Unfortunately, my experience at Nevada Wellness Center at 9030 W Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89147, on Friday, August 16th, 2024, falls into the latter category.

When I initially visited the dispensary, the staff member who assisted me was excellent. He spent a considerable amount of time helping me select quality products, including a vape cartridge. However, upon returning home and attempting to use the vape, I discovered the cartridge was defective. The top was not securely fastened, causing some product to leak, and the vape did not work when attached to the battery. While I understand that these things can happen, I expected a simple exchange to resolve the issue.

I returned to the dispensary after midnight, only to encounter a different shift of employees, including Kasha and, I believe, an individual named Fred (a heavyset African American male). Unfortunately, Fred's customer service was far from satisfactory. He was dismissive, condescending, and initially refused to exchange the defective cartridge because it was damaged—despite my explanation that it arrived that way. His reluctance to assist further led me to struggle to remove the leaking cartridge from the battery, which I ultimately had to do with my teeth.

Although Fred eventually processed the exchange, he refused to allow me to test the new cartridge to ensure it worked properly. His rudeness and lack of professionalism were disappointing, especially considering the late hour.

If it weren’t for Kasha’s excellent customer service, I would have rated this experience even lower. Her professionalism was a stark contrast to Fred's behavior, which is why I feel compelled to share my experience. I cannot recommend this dispensary to others as long as such poor service is tolerated.

Thank you to the initial staff member who helped me with my purchase, and to Kasha for her outstanding service. However, as long as Fred remains employed, I cannot give this business a higher rating. Should the company take action to address this issue, I would be willing to update my review...

Best deal in las vegas I kid you not ! This was the best deal I've ever got on a half ounce from a dispensary my bud tender dawn was so nice and extra sweet she welcomed me with a smile and she was so personable I really appreciate it she found me the best deal in the house which was 2 ten gram bags for $30 each and if you buy a certain strain you get a free 8th so I definitely did that I got 23.5 grams for 60 bucks out the door that was crazy I gave her a $5 dollar tip and everyone was happy I pay $65 plus tax with the other guys and I only get 14 grams So believe me when I tell you this is the best deal in town I don't know how long this sale is gonna last but get it while you can this was First time in a very long time that I felt like I got my money's worth at a dispensary If I could I'd give my bud tender ten stars 🌟10/10 service So if you're in the neighborhood stop in and make sure to ask for dawn she will treat...

I wouldn't go here. No frills, no specials, no discounts, no deals, nothing even eye catching... I think they try to go for the 24hr desperate angle, but that's barely a thing. I think they will need new ownership or won't survive much longer. There are way too many dispensaries selling at 90's street prices (which is great! 😄). Save your money and time, skip this place over.

Response to the owner: I walked in, I asked the "person" if you had any specials. He said, "nahh, not really. They don't do any of that." I asked what about for 1st time customers, as most offer something for 1st timers. They said, "No, and showed me the book on the counter and said that's all you had."
