Incline Bàk'd — Restaurant in Nevada

My mom is in town and we wanted to try a new place out. We decided to come here and will definitely need to come back again (preferably while she's still here). We got the turkey pesto sandwich to share, the roasted pepper and spinach stromboli, a slice of New York style pizza for my son, and a square of tres leches and the avocado chocolate mousse. Everything was drool-worthy. The sandwich tasted very fresh. It was a lot of food, but didn't feel heavy at all. The bread was fantastic! I love me a good focaccia. The stromboli was a 10/10. Will definitely need to get again. Pizza was very authentic and very good. Great crust; crispy not hard. Sauce was great, cheese was perfect. Kid was happy 😜 And then we are our desserts and both were the perfect finish to a great lunch. One of the better tres leches I have had, most are too soggy or left in a pool of milk. This one soaked it up perfectly and had a great texture. The avocado chocolate mousse was rich and super yummy. Next time, I want to try the caprese sandwich! And their BLT...

Lots of variety. Reasonable prices for the amount of food. Friendly employees. Cute area to eat in.

Even if we don't have a chance to come back while my mom is here, I'll be coming back...

I placed an order for a gluten-free sandwich so I would have something to eat while rafting the next day. However, after eating part of it, I discovered that it was not actually made with gluten-free bread. As someone with Celiac disease, I had to act quickly and forced myself to throw up, but I still wasn’t able to get it all out. I am now extremely sick and unable to leave my air b n b to enjoy the rest of my vacation here.

When I called the restaurant to address the problem, they were very rude and immediately tried to blame me for the mistake. When I asked what they would do to make the situation right, the manager mockingly said, “We will do nothing for you,” before hanging up on me.

If you are someone with an allergy regardless of what it is to I would strongly advise not coming here for your own...

A friend of mine recommended this place for its delicious food and ambiance and I can confirm that this place is really sweet experience! I had the turkey pesto avocado sandwich which was perfect and exactly what I was craving. I also ordered the chocolate pudding dessert which was probably the best vegan pudding i’ve ever had in my life! The people who manage and work for this spot are also very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this spot if you want tasty food and a relaxing...
