I thought I had found all of the Peruvian restaurants in the Vegas Valley. I decided to go with some classic dishes to measure the quality of the food. Everything was delicious! Before catering an event, we test restaurants to ensure they are a good fit, and for this event, our Peruvian students chose this restaurant for its authentic and delicious food. Everything they tried was excellent, which is why we decided to cater from them.
During the event, many students tried Peruvian food for the first time and really enjoyed it. The owner was very responsive to inquiries, making the process smooth.
