It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Nevada

I don't even know how we found this place but so thankful we did!! Great wings period. We tried lemon pepper, Cajun, and ranch which were all dry rubs. The seasonings were on point. I do wish there was a littler more seasoning on the wings since the favor was so good. But I do feel like if there was too much seasoning they might become salty so I get it. The wings were really crispy. I got honey Chipotle on the side and that sauce was great. I also got Sante Fe but wasn't impressed. It just tasted like a southwestern salad dressing. Not bad but not for me. The curly fries.... They could have been crisper and definitely lacked in seasoning, underwhelming considering the wings were so delicious. The prices are really good actually. Especially since the wings come with curly fries and ranch on the side. Also, throw in a few napkins please! Wish I had taken pictures but we ate them so fast I forgot to! Ordering is a little clunky. I had to repeat my entire order to the person on the phone to verify it was my order. Since you order through Google it uses your online profile which my name is Jessica but my profile says "Jessie". Apparently that gave the representative some trouble. I had to call even though on the sign when you pull into the To Go area says "someone will be with you shortly". Please keep in mind that It's Just Wings is located inside of Chili's!! We tried to order online to give them a try. The location is online ordering only as you will see below... we tried multiple credit cards and their system would not accept them. We tried calling and no answer. We then showed up to make an order and the managers response was, "we cannot accept in store orders, only online orders." We then went then went on to explain that their online payment system is not working. His simple response was... " I can't help it... its online ordering only." He then walked off. I will never return there or Chili's, seeing that they are inside their location sharing the same Manager. Horrible customer...

Had a terrible experience with pick up. They tell you to wait in the car for your order when you check in the Togo spot. 15 minutes later , fed up walked inside and my food was just sitting there. The number in the email was disconnected ( not the right number to the chili’s )obviously my food was cold and soggy by the time I got home. Horrible communication. Boneless wings...
