Upon coming inside of the restaurant, it had great vibes. Quiet, tv going in the background, lots of kid things to do (ex: video games/toy vending machines, etc), lots of drink varieties, lots of trinkets and toys for sale. Checking out the menu, I’m realizing I am NOT cooling off after coming inside from my car with AC. So I’m wiping sweat off my brow…realizing further and further as I’m looking at the menu that the ac is just not working well…come to find out, it’s set at 86 because they only place it was blowing cool air was over by the front counter.
Anyway, upon placing my order, the lady was rude, asked if I wanted my potstickers steamed or fried, I SPECIFICALLY asked for steamed (as my mother in law has issues chewing crunchy foods). We bought 3 specials. All were terrible food. Even the steamed rice was cold, clumped together and not fresh. Teriyaki chicken tasted as if they put chicken on the grill to warm up and added soy sauce…no sweetness at all. Orange chicken was very spicy (there was no indicator on the menu that it was going to be spicy) we got 2 orders of potstickers and 2 orders of cream cheese wontons. Potstickers were fried..okay…that’s annoying, why ask if you’re going to make it how you want it anyway…and then we got the lo mein. Everything was either tasteless, spicy, or salty. No umami…no flavors…no garlic…not even green onions or egg on the “fried rice”
My kid slices his finger open trying to open the can of soda he got (since the fountain drinks were of course out of order) and we couldn’t even access the bathroom to get a tissue or anything for it. It was so hot in there I decided to take my family of 6 back into the car while we waiting for our unseasoned food.
Shame…it’s a beautiful place with awesome potential but between the terrible customer service and no ac, I don’t see them making it...
Read moreIve been a customer, ordering pick up more often than I’d like to admit. I’ve tolerated how rude the person is who answered the phone, whatever, I’m not tripping. Today, was the absolute last straw.
I call, no answer. Often they don’t answer on the first call, but they call back even. Cool. I speak to her, say hello, asked about chef special. She tells me and immediately says “ you can look online, all information is in there”. Okay, I’m used to this from her. So I say hold on, I know what I want. I tell her. She tells me low men is an extra $1. I say okay, and again starts with interrupts me and tells me to look online. I say, hold on, I know what I want. I just told you (she didn’t hear because she was too busy turning to go online). Of course, her tone is inappropriate and she’s just rude overall. I asked her to “be nice. I’m almost done”. She hangs up on me! Whaaaa??? I call again. I can’t believe it. She keeps hanging up on me!!!! OMG. FLABBERGASTED.
SO, I went there. I was already out. I waited until 3 to eat. Because that’s when they opened.
I told her exactly what I thought about her and reminded her that I AM THE REASON SHE EATS. I AM THE REASON SHE CAN PAY HER MORTGAGE.

Read moreTerrible terrible place. Two years ago this place used to be amazing. Had great food, and cheap prices. Now this place sucks. They have raised their prices, cut down on the quantity/quality of the food, but it's awful customer service is the main reason to not buy from them. Many times we have paid extra for food and not gotten what we paid for. We called to ask them to deliver the correct order (even though I went over the order twice with them and they included a delivery fee), but they said we would have to come and get the food even though we had no transportation at the time. I usually never leave comments like this, but stay away from this place because paying extra doesn't always equate to better service. Btw the older Asian lady there is a terrible liar and will mess up an order in a heartbeat. Even her own coworkers have stated it. Take my...
