Manhattan Pizza II — Restaurant in Nevada

I've tried the pizza before. It's really greasy but not bad. My family really likes it and it's close by. They live in the neighborhood and order pizza there all the time. Tonight I went in to order for them with my neice. The guy that works at the counter had a nasty look on his face like he hates his life. He has a really bad disposition even my young neice pointed it out when we left. I only had 3 large bills. When I gave him my $100 bill he held it up to inspect it with his sour face and then said something in another language to the Man in the back. Who is probably the Manager. They had enough change and I let him know that I was really tired and that's all I had on me. They wouldn't except it. They can take $100 if they choose to but no they'd rather turn down my business. You'd rather turn up your nose at my $100 bill like I can't have a genuine non counterfeit $100. The Arco on the corner took my $100 no problem. I put my money in a self checkout at Walmart and what do you know it was real money!

There are machines that you can buy to test bills. Why not invest in one instead turning up your nose at good money and local customers who would buy pizza from you again and again. Even my local Burger King Manager took a $50 at his discretion because I frequented their store. It's 2018 and that's how you guys run a small business. You have control over how you choose to treat people.

Black people frequent your store and buy your food all the time with real money. I'm sure the majority of your customers are Black. My family members are regular customers and that's how you all decide to act. No loss to me because I don't need your pizza at all but my neice and my family members wanted to order from you as usual. Learn how to treat people with respect. You all are not better than anyone. I'm so tired of seeing people in Black neighborhooods with frequent Black customers treat their customers poorly when they don't have to be that way.

I know if I was celebrity with nothing but big bills I would've been served. Yes sometimes busy, working Black Women only have big bills and just want to order pizza for their families after a long day. People like you all make me so sick. I'm sure your food is alright but your attitudes and your customer service is awful. Stop being prejudice. Your store is in the hood and it's still running so obviously people in the neighborhood do have real money to spend. Placed a delivery order for delivery on 2-4-2020. Bacon Burger, calamari, house salad, and Gyro. Lettuce on both the burger and the salad was brown. Salad was a large portion but only one container of dressing. Hardly enough for the size of the salad.

The fries that came with the burger and the Gryo were very good and again, large portions. Was expecting more packs of ketchup. Only came with 6 for 2 people.

Gyro was very good. No complaints there.

Calamari was very unique. It was very tasty and was done up like french fries. They were "calamari fingers". I've never seen them done that way. Very tasty. Instead of the customary marina, these came with cocktail sauce.

Burger was good. Nice size. Good bacon. As I said before, lettuce was the same as the salad. Same chop and brown and floppy. Tomatoes were super thin. Asked for mayo and mustard on the burger. Was given a single package of mayo and a single package of mustard. Definitely not enough for a whole burger.

Seriously, the condiments only cost several cents. Please be less stingy with them.

Also, wanted a copy of my CC receipt. Driver didn't have one. Said it was on the app. Well, I didn't order off the app. Please send your drivers out with copies of the CC receipts.

Also, no napkins and one set of utensils. There were two dinners ordered here, but only one set of utensils?

Would I order from here again? Meh. If I did, I'd be very specific about asking for a copy of the receipt, extra utensils, napkins, and...

Good: Clean place, not rude at the counter, good drink selection. Yes, their card machine works, and they take tap pay.

Save a lot of money. Just go to Little Caesars across the street, get a large pizza, one of each side, and two 2L and still probably spend less

It is extremely expensive for what you get. $30 for a large pizza (Little Caesars large) and breadsticks with "marinara" sauce. Sauce for the breadstick should be the same as the sauce you put on the pizza. It was super watered down. If that's what's on the pizza, that explains the thinnest layer of cheese and sauce I've ever had on a pizza. The quality of pizza was worse, comparable to Little Caesars, and breadsticks were much worse. In case anybody was wondering: no, that's not seasoning on the breadsticks, it's 5+ years of using the same 3 pans to make breadsticks on without even cleaning them. It's just bakes pizza crust on a dirty pan.

Also, the marinara sauce was fresh out of the fridge cold and in the box with my breadsticks, so they were cold after the 1 minute drive home with a heating pad under the food. Was going to leave two stars, but that is just unacceptable. If you're gonna stick me with 4 or 5 stick of baked dough with pan crustings as seasoning, at least keep the refrigerated sauce...
