Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Nevada

I've ordered the same thing for delivery, Gargantuan, about 20 times over the years, and this was the first time I was really disappointed with it.

Instead of actual jalapenos, they now have "crispy" ones.  Not only was it weird having a "crunch" every time I took a bite, there was absolutely zero heat to them.  None.

I also always get the jalapeno chips and those DO have heat to them.  Always get a pickle too and that was good but those new jalapenos didn't do it for me with the crunch and no heat.

Not at all happy with the new change.

In the past, I've always ordered the Gargantuan.  Probably at least 20 times.  This time I decided to try something different and got their new Caprese Salami Pesto Sandwich.

Loved it.  Delicious and will be ordering it again.

I ordered a regular drink with food yesterday and it was completely watered down , I ordered a large one today because the last one wasn’t enough drink for me and my 2 kids. When I called to check on my delivery the delivery driver had left to deliver someone else’s order along with my order 20 minutes ago, she got to me 10 minutes later being 30 minutes the drink was meting before we got it so we got another watered down drink. I called to tell them we received another watered down drink 2 days in a row so they brought me another drink (I live literally on the same cross streets) and this drink was filled to the top completely with ice and literally barely any drink in it. I don’t understand why you’d offer to bring a new drink if you are just going to be petty and bring me a cup...

Check your sandwich before you leave. Came in to get lunch for myself and my wife. She has a gluten allergy and has to order the unwich. We make sure every time we order to let staff know it’s an allergy. Employees didn’t change there gloves and didn’t make sure the work area was cleaned off before preparing her food. Needless to say she got sick after eating the skimpiest sandwich I’ve ever gotten from jimmy johns. There was 1 piece of meat 1 piece of cheese and 1 tomato with a huge pile of lettuce. ON A LETTUCE WRAP SANDWICH. Very disappointing and won’t be bringing my business here any longer. Also sent pictures and let corporate know they never followed up. Bad business all the way around.
