I want to give a big shoutout and thank you to Aymun (I hope I spelled his name right). I had a party at the Rio Hotel. My pizza plans fell through the day before event and I frantically searched up pizza places near the hotel. I found Marco’s pizza (I’ve always loved their pizza but it’s been a while since I lived close to one). Aymun answered and guaranteed he can take care of our party needs. He was so professional and really soothed my anxiety. Day of party, I called the store early morning- 2 hours before it opened, and he just picked everything for me and made suggestions on everything. We got quoted that pizza delivery is 5 mins away and called back again because we’ve been waiting for almost an hour (after the quote has been given) still the order hasn’t been delivered. Tried to speak to a manager but ROXANNE the girl who answered our call was SO RUDE and told me I’m not the only person in the world and told me to wait 3 hours for a manager to answer me and hang up on me. I ordered a Hawaiian Chicken pizza and got something completely different — BBQ sauce, no ham, no bacon.
