Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Nevada

I want to give a big shoutout and thank you to Aymun (I hope I spelled his name right). I had a party at the Rio Hotel. My pizza plans fell through the day before event and I frantically searched up pizza places near the hotel. I found Marco’s pizza (I’ve always loved their pizza but it’s been a while since I lived close to one). Aymun answered and guaranteed he can take care of our party needs. He was so professional and really soothed my anxiety. Day of party, I called the store early morning- 2 hours before it opened, and he just picked everything for me and made suggestions on everything. I was super overwhelmed while preparing and I almost cried at the fact that this man made it so easy for me. Thank you, Aymun, for all your help!! We need more of you in this world. Our delivery experience with this store is HORRIBLE! We ordered pizza delivery and we called in to check our delivery status. We got quoted that pizza delivery is 5 mins away and called back again because we’ve been waiting for almost an hour (after the quote has been given) still the order hasn’t been delivered. Tried to speak to a manager but ROXANNE the girl who answered our call was SO RUDE and told me I’m not the only person in the world and told me to wait 3 hours for a manager to answer me and hang up on me. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Never ordering to this store again.

I usually ordered from this location because the pizza was decent. But after this experience, I’m done. I ordered a Hawaiian Chicken pizza and got something completely different — BBQ sauce, no ham, no bacon. I called right away, and the employee said I’d get a refund and could come pick up a new pizza. The problem is I ordered for the office during peak tax season — we couldn’t leave. A few days later, the general manager called and said he would process the refund… but almost a week has passed and nothing. What’s worse, he didn’t even apologize or acknowledge the mistake.
