This is no McDonald's. I was so disappointed with the 1/2-hour process to receive 3 burgers and 2 fries for a heart stopping $32! It seemed the employees were doing the required tasks but the process put into place lacks any customer service at all. You order through a kiosk and hopefully it will allow a card payment. If not, you must take a receipt to the unmanned cashier station and wait for someone to notice your presence in order to pay. Then, at that time, your order enters the que and you wait while behind the curtain, staff cooks and bags your grub. This McDonald's was not busy at the time I visited. There were six customers, including myself, in the dining room. So they were certainly not busy compared to what I would consider "McDonald's busy". I understand "streamlining" processes to expedite service or control operational costs but service was not at all "expedited" and the price of the items purchased shows me any operational costs saved are certainly not passed on to the customers. Other than appearing from behind the curtain, placing an order on the counter, and then disappearing once again, there are no staff providing any resemblance of customer serving up front. The end experience was neither time saving nor cost effective. In the future I will return over and over again to In n Out where I have always been served with a smiling face and "Quality...

Read moreWe live close by this location and frequently walk over at night. Their dining room hours sticker on the door states you can dine in until 10:00pm. We have been locked out several times by 9:45pm. They close their dining room early frequently. And when you are able to eat inside at night the only interaction with the employees you get is when they yell your order number or drop off your tray. You are made to feel unwelcome to be there, even though they should be wanting all the business they can get. They do not have a drink machine out in the dining room to refill your own drinks. The store is often sticky and littered with trash and the trash cans are always full. The bathrooms are unkept and usually gross. I hope they can turn things around now that there are so many neighborhoods and houses so close. They would have lots of regulars if they’d get to know them and cater to...
