1 Kick Butt kind of place! We went for lunch, I had heard that they Were the winners of the best hamburger in carson valley for multiple years. One thing that intrigued me is that they were claiming that their onion rings were all from scratch in their french fries and their potato chips. Diana got the potato chips, I got the Onion Rings. Both were Awesome 👌 She had the hot Sicilian sandwhich I tried. Is the black and blue bacon Hamburger. Everything was excellent.The service she was right on and quite a character. For the food, 5+ ⭐️. BUT don’t be in a hurry. Better snack before you come because your burgers could take over an hour to get to your table. And there were only a couple tables occupied. They have a problem with their kitchen, lately. Their food is so good, otherwise I wouldn’t come back. Sitting here waiting for my food over 45 minutes and then the server says there was a computer problem. The time before it took over an hour. Last time because I told the server we were in a hurry, it still took over 30 minutes. I worked in the restaurant biz and the goal was always to get the customer’s food to them within 10 minutes. I have eaten here a few times and the food was great! Today I went in to an empty place and was treated so rudely. The server was visibly annoyed at having to deal with myself and my mother. When I asked why she was being rude she said she is trying to get ready for dinner and gave another look of irritation. We decided to leave letting her know we didn’t appreciate the rudeness and she argued back with “and the customers”. Sorry but first impressions mean a lot. During this crazy time with a pandemic and the world in pain, kindness is what we need and I usually find it. Not today. I took my business elsewhere where they are respectable and kind.
