Update: We have come to find that using the online we now are getting worse service. The app seems to have a lower priority by those working at this store. If curbside or in store, I have seen, on more that one occasion, of non app users getting served first. On 2 occasions, had to wait for up to 1/2 an hour and one of the orders they messed up the drink order so badly they had to start from scratch. This was a curbside order and they did not use drink carriers and made multiple trips...to top it all off, I had to ask them for drink carrier which was an additional trip.
I am not sure what happened but their service has deteriorated in the past months.
Now that we've discovered the mobile app, McDonald's has become our fast food of choice. Order online, show up, they bring it to the car. Also, with the advent of the kiosks indoor, I never have to put up with someone getting my order wrong. This is the beginning of the end of the fast food worker wanting this to be a $15 per hour job. It is a starter job, as was never to support a family. It was to support teenagers to have gas and other descrinary income. To teach them responsibility , accountability and for some even leadership skills.

Read moresome employees are very kind, i have had quite a few errors with my orders but in fast food it’s to be expected periodically. today i was constantly over talked while trying to place my order, had to correct it x3 before i was told to move to the drive through window, once i did the gentleman took my order correctly and j moved to the pick up window, the girl who initially messed up my order very passive aggressively yelled my order in my face very disrespectfully. i asked to speak with a manager “david” who proceeded to tell me that was just her voice, i call bs. i spend allot of money at this store and have always dealt with their bs and never complained but this was just plain out of line she needs to be suspended. i see why she works at mcdonald’s i hope she doesn’t treat her parents this way! disgusting i will happily go to jack in the box or many other close locations even though i love mcdonald’si refuse to be treated like this. very unprofessional customer service. i never raised my voice or gave this girl any reason to be so aggressive. avoid this mcdonald’s if you actually want your order correct. there are some employees there that are very pleasant she definitely is not one and the manager must be dating her because he didn’t do a thing but blame me...
Read moreOn 6/23/21 between 4pmand 5pm I ordered my food in the drive thru went to the first window put my card in the machine associates asked if I wanted a receipt I said no thank you never will I say that again pulled forward to the next window associates say I didn't pay I told them I did at the first window and mind you there were only 3 cars in drive thru so they go get the person who took my payment and inead of saying miss I dont think your card went truck he said I dont remember you paying flat out lied and then I gave them my card for a second time when I should have just left because the way they were talking to me was horrible basically calling me a lair. I get down the street and I'm starving I still had a a 30 min drive to get home I go to eat my double cheese burger and it's cold the cheese wasnt even melted. So I called the store and the associates was the same one I talked to at the window so he was no help. I told him never mind I was going to call corporate. Needless to say they need to teach thier young associates how to talk to customers and how to create a good customer experience.
