Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Nevada

Walked in, and 5 girls were standing there staring. I said hello in a cheery manner (mind you, I was with my daughter), and no one said a word!! Other than the snobby drive thru girl who rudely said someone will be with you. So, we're standing there waiting for someone to take our order.. no one says a thing STILL, and everyone is still starring at us not working. So, finally, I said, "Can we get blah blah. So, we go and sit down. No one is still speaking at this point, and I see two drinks for pick up. I assume they are ours since no one else is in there, so I take the drinks and go sit back down with by then it's my husband and a friend. A few mins later, a girl who works there comes up and says, "Excuse me but, your drinking my drinks I ordered! So, me being me, I apologized and offered to pay her, and she said no, I get them for free anyway. I will never be back to that location, and if I had the owners number, I'm sure they would like to know that their staff...

New thing.. apparently when you ask for no ice they will only fill your $7 drink 1/2 full.

I’m a big fan of Starbucks.. come here probably more than I should. I get the same drink every time from every location for years! Today was a surprise. This location suddenly refuses to add milk to the top when you ask for no ice. With no warning of this new policy, they gave me a half full cup. I can get past the lack of milk, if that’s the new policy, whatever. My review is mainly on Kelsey! She was unbelievable rude when explaining this to me.. On top of her disrespect, she was going to charge me more than my $7 to fill my cup with milk. A simple, “sorry for the inconvenience, let me fill that, but for future visits, this will be the case” would have sufficed.. but nope she was going to die on the hill of refusing to fill my drink. Online it says it is open until 8pm. Tonight I go through (ON A FRIDAY NIGHT) and they closed at 5:30..... this isn't the first time. There were 3 or 4 workers inside, so why did they have to close so early? They seem to do this quiet frequently too without notice or warning, and there is no sign posted (at least not tonight) that they closed early, just the holiday sign in the middle of the drive-thru. I feel sorry for people that get off work on a Friday night and want to come through before they go home and they are closed already.
