Poke Poku Hawaiian Poke Bar at Rainbow Boulevard — Restaurant in Nevada

Went in to get the usual, sushirrito. Inside there is a sign that says free miso soup (dine in). Also free teas along the side of the waiting line. So with the free tea they were really warm like room temp, wasn't too tasty that way and the free cups are way too small to add ice unless u really just want a few sips. The free miso soup tasted really old and watered down, the seaweed was like soggy cardboard. The free items were bad, then I ordered the burrito and didn't get much fish. The fish I did get felt warm, definitely was a bad sign of safety. I only ate half, I got scared. I've ate here plenty times before so I'm certain they were skimpy this time around. The food will be served to you on a metal lunch tray. It was wiped down with a dirty rag, you could tell from thick brown water streaks. Really sucks because your food is wrapped with paper so I took my food off the tray immediately so it would soak through. This was by far the worst experience I've had here. From the free stuff to the skimpy portion of warm raw fish. I'm debating on returning because of this experience. There are so many other sushi burrito options near by, I would like to see them care more for the restaurant and quality control if I decide to give...

I think I have a poke problem, in a good way of course!!! But only with this particular restaurant 😆. This is the best and only poke bowl place I go to and I go there a few times a week after gym in the noon. Most of the time a few days in a row and never get bored of it!!! Always good customer service doesn’t matter I order through Uber/Doordash or personally make a trip there.

One time I didn’t get my order through one of the apps because of an app glitch near closing time, they called me and told me to ask for a free bowl when I stop by next time (I told them I’m a regular). I went back after a couple days and didn’t bother to tell them about the free bowl. During checkout, I put in my phone number to get my points, and they recognized my name and checked their Uber/Doordash receipt with my name on it and told me I get the free bowl. This is a surprise as I’d never thought they would keep the receipt to give me free bowl without me asking for it. I remember thinking “omg, they went above and beyond and it wasn’t really their fault in the first place” 🥹🥹. 5 star service!!!! Love the 80s musics too 😄.

I love this place when they get my order right. They have been getting it wrong so many times... But I still go back! I've filled up 2 punch cards so far, so that's a lot of poke bowls... It is excellent, 5 stars, WHEN they get my order right. Idk what sauce the guy put in it last night, but I ordered my usual and it came out very different. Still good, tasted good, but not what I wanted/paid for. I always order my bowls with no onions because I am allergic. The last 3x I've been in, 3 diff people have still given me onions. It is a massive pain and I am glad I saw it. They forget stuff often too. But when they get it right, it is the best! Fresh fish, love the free miso when you dine in, cute place, family friendly and the free teas are a lovely touch. Oh, & I don't recommend the pot stickers (Idk if they still serve them). I know. Weird review... I guess just watch carefully that they include/exclude what you have requested. Then everything else is great! I just don't notice until I'm home, having picked up take out so I don't even bother...
