Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Nevada

This is based on service only, I never got a chance to have the food. I pulled up on a Tuesday and got my order ready to go. I took a couple minutes to make sure I had everything ready for courtesy of the order taker. Sonic is usually a really positive experience so I'm not used to being ignored, and on a Tuesday night it's family night so I was expecting a longer wait anyhow so I was talking on the phone. After five minutes of waiting I looked around and there was only one other car on my side of the building. I thought the wait already being this long was odd but then again you can't see the other side of the building so I shrugged it off and just kept on talking on the phone and waiting for SOMEONE to take my order. By the way, I literally parked right in front of the window to the main building so I could see about four or five people inside. After 10 minutes of nothing I was getting annoyed but I decided to give them a few extra minutes just in case. After 15 minutes I backed out and drove around to the other side of the building where there was literally NOBODY there! Two cars in the entire place and nobody even bothers to wave at you for 15 minutes? I'm not saying any of this to get anything free, and things do happen...after all we pay these people next to nothing so what exactly do we expect when they just don't care. Me, I'm never going back here...this kind of behavior speaks volumes about poor leadership and ethics, but I'm sure I won't be missed. Good luck getting your...

When I'm hungry for a really good burger, I usually don't think of Sonic, however, I wanted something quick. I was ordering through Door Dash. This Sonic is in walking distance. The wait wouldn't be long. The food would be hot when it arrived...

I should have taken pictures. This was the worst 7 dollar burger I ever purchased. It lacked flavor and although it had bacon, it lacked the "crunch" you'd typically expect from bacon. Imagine that, a DOUBLE BURGER without flavor.

The fries. This Sonic's fries wouldn't show up on my Top 10, 25, 50, or 100. Since when did a French-fry become so flimsy? The fries lacked flavor as well. Did they add any salt to the batch? Was the French-fry fried or microwaved??? They weren't ordered salt-less and without flavor. You know it's a bad French-fry when ketchup won't do it any justice. And was that really a large fry??? Hmmm... Too many unknowns.

And the Strawberry Limeade. I've never ordered a Strawberry Limeade before, nor will I ever again. Whenever I would take a sip from my beverage, pieces of strawberry would get sucked and stucked in the end of the straw preventing any sort of enjoyable experience of a $3 beverage.

The Door Dash driver delivered the food within a reasonable amount of time. Thank you sir. Unfortunately most of the $20 went towards flavorless food.

Truthfully, my whole meal was ruined and my appetite for the food I just purchased squashed. I literally WASTED my money and I'm broke so this makes me pissed. I don't think they know how to read at this location. Because I ordered the new groovy fries with cheese, chili and onions & an ocean water made dirty I wanted to try and see how it tasted cause I had never heard of it before. I didn't think it was difficult to make chili cheese fries but I stand corrected. The person came out with a regular ocean water and plain groovy fries. So I informed the person nicely that it wasn't what I ordered. The person added the chili and cheese and still forgot the onions. When I realized that I only got a plain ocean water (that was watered down, no carbonation) also asked for them to correct that as well. I ordered a rt44 dirty ocean water (and paid extra to make it dirty) and he gave me a small. I had ordered ahead so I also tipped. I found beard hair in my watered down ocean water so that made me throw away everything because I couldn't trust the rest of my food from that point. So now I just wasted money on a meal I can't eat and a tip on an illiterate employee who doesn't pay attention to what they are doing. I will not be able to eat at this location again. I'm...
