Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Nevada

This definitely has to be the worst pizza place I have ever been to. I ordered to-go, waited the estimated amount of time I was informed to wait, and went to Little Caesar's. When I arrived I went in to pick up my order with exact change in cash. There were only three people in line needing to order but the tiny lobby was PACKED with people waiting foe their orders and because there is nowhere to wait you are stuck standing shoulder to shoulder with everybody there. The real reason I give this place 1 star is because the girl working the register was moving SO slow that during the 20 minutes I waited not 1 of the 3 people in line to order had been helped. On top of that, this 16 year old at the register, waited until she was already out of change to ask her manager to make some for her. So then the manager comes over and proceeds to move slow as molasses to get this girl $1.80 in change so that the line can get moving again. Knowing that even once she got change 2 more people were going tp have to order before i could simply hand them my exact change (tip included) and simply grab my box of pizza, I just said "screw it" and left. The time to ask for change for the drawer is when you are running low on change, not when you completely run out and have to hold the line up for 20 minutes. I left my order there and Ill never be back. Hire some smarter, faster people and give those that already ordered a place to sit so they dont fill up the tiny lobby (you would think this is common sense but they are working at Little Caesar's after all). Maybe then you can turn this place around. I would give 0 stars...

I use to work at this franchise store for a few months, and I went Twain location for a little bit, then left because of too many promises. I came from a Corporate location in Las Vegas as a Store Manager. I first worked with Grecia Jimenez, who was a good boss. She was replaced with Jordyn Rodgers. Jordyn owed me 5 hours from my check and never paid me for it. She was very ghetto and ratchet. She would curse at employees, and she got mad at me when I told her she could get fired for that. She was not a good boss. Jordyn gave a customer a class pepperoni pizza in place of a bestest pepperoni because she wanted to get the customer out of the store. I told her she should not do that, but she did not care. Grecia wanted me to come to E. Twain because I told her how Jordyn was treating me. I transferred over there. I noticed Jordyn lost a couple of managers there. She was supposed to promote me, but never did. I have 4 years of Little Caesars experience as a Manager. I think I would have been promoted eventually, but the franchise was dragging their feet. I was going through rough times because my car was stolen, and I was out of money because of that. Grecia embarrassed me in a employee group chat, and I just quit after that because I had to get a job at County Jail because the franchise was not promoting me fast enough, and I need the money. I wanted to stay at Little Caesars, but the jail was paying good money and I now many more money than I did as a Corporate Store Manager. I would like to get paid for those 5 hours,...

I have a coupon for a Buy One Get One Free pizza, and the franchise at 3475 E. Flamingo Rd Las Vegas 89121 would not take my coupon... A lady manager told me that is becasue its a franchise. So I went to a corporate Store, the one at 5020 E. Tropicana Ave Las Vegas NV 89122 and The girl at the counter, her name is Tisha wouldn't take my coupon either for no reason whatsoever, so I asked to speak with the mgr; so there comes out this young man, he looked about 18yo., his name is Senjace, and him too decided to not take my coupon, and he said because its not a franchise !! WTH !? I told him I just came from a franchise...so he called Andrea, an Area Supervisor, and she told him not to take my coupon; and then he started questioning where I got the coupon from, like it was relevant ! At that point I was very upset and I asked Senjace to call Andrea back and after waiting several minutes I finally spoke with Andrea, she also started questioning me, like I had stolen money from the store...and she would not take my coupon, she said she never seen these coupons so she can't honor them. Soo my question is...why do you make these coupons if we can't use them ? Why do we have to go thru emberrestment trying to use a coupon ? Why do your emlployees do not know...
