Panda Express — Restaurant in Winchester

Upon entering I was greeted at the door and for me to check my temperature. Did not have a problem with that. I often eat at Panda Express, however this is the first time at this location. I will never come here again. Not because of the customer service but because they’re disgusting. I observed a very large roach right underneath a chair and table. I asked to speak to the manager to make them aware that there was a dead roach inside of the dine in area less than 10 feet from where the food is placed. Why you serve a tiny amount of food for the bowl order and way more on the children order and every other person servings was a huge serving. I think my server had a bad experience and spoke defensively toward me saying “ the chow Main is ready now”. Ok. So it all began when I arrived at 6/30/21 at approximately 6:59.07 Flamingo and Mc Cloud. Seen the servers give more food in the kids meal than what I got in my bowl. Very poor customer service. The portions are also not what they should be by company policy as well. They only give one scoop per item as opposed to 1.5 to 2 scoops at every other Panda Express on the planet. The Orange chicken wasn't fully flavored, very bland. We were there on Friday 11/25 at the dinner shift. The girl also spilled teriyaki sauce in my bag with my food and proceeded to ask me if I wanted another bag?!? How stupid is that question?
