prices are doubled cuz you're in the casino I suggest driving about 10 minutes to the Starbucks in bullhead by Lowe's much better prices and better quality items
The pumpkin cream cold brew did not taste like pumpkin cream or coffee It tasted like water cream and the swiss ham croissants did not have very much product in it croissants was great A though
update 2/5/2024: I ordered a venti from this Starbucks and paid for a venti but I thought it was a little small for a venti andaybe I was tripping but around the third time I held onto the cup and when I went to a different Starbucks I got the same size and compared the cups and I was right they're charging venti prices and giving the size smaller in place. I didn't think of taking a photo but I will next time.
also Starbucks recycled cups should absorb liquid but they don't because they have a very dangerous chemical coating on the cup and it's extremely dangerous even if the hot liquid is in the cup for 60 seconds and also they can't recycle said cups for this reason. it's very simple to look up online theres a lot of other horrible things if anyone's interested dark history does a episode about Starbucks. she has a team of researchers and lawyers to make sure everything she says is 100% true.
they were also sued for putting more ice on your coffee and leaving the cup 2 inches empty for foam to save money on the amount of coffee they used even thou you payed for it so they could get more money.
also for the response from the Starbucks team on this review, Don't you have more important things to do then responding to justifiably bad reviews? I am not at Starbucks, I am in a room 9 floors above Starbucks. Nobody in their right mind would drive to this Starbucks just to be at Starbucks. First, they made my espresso a cold drink instead of a hot one. Then, they completely missed what was supposed to go inside the drink.
The next day, things seemed to improve until the manager, Eric, decided to lecture me on how to order a drink that I've been ordering for the last 15 years. He even changed the way it was put in, resulting in inconsistent pricingā$7 one day, $10 the next, and $8 another day.
Additionally, I had saved up all my stars for this trip so that each day would be free. However, that was not the case, as I was charged $11 when they used 1200 stars, and $22 for the same order without using stars. The employees took 100 stars for each shot of espresso in my drinks, making one order almost $44 without using stars.
On the last day, they were 12 minutes late in opening. Had they been on time, I would have been able to get drinks and food before my flight back home.
No one EVER smiled, and I could see other workers getting scolded for mistakes that the manager made.
