Where has the concept of customer service. Where employees understand they are hired for a job. Now just show up to socialize and pick and chose who you really want to help.
I assumed a regular trip to Starbucks is in order based on wheather. I placed my order with Robert. He started some of my order then decided drive true was more important. I arrived at 2:34pm and did not leave till 2:56. Good thing, it gave me plenty of time to observe how my was set aside. While other customers, on drive thru or as a walk up. Some with orders with sandwiches and drinks. Their orders being fulfilled. When I asked how much longer, Zack decided to step in with sarcastic comments. Where did ( is there anything I can help you with ) went? Instead made a comment like I was a bother to his life. ( What does he need to leave ) yet he did not help. After a while and me asking when. Robert decided it was time for me. I was so confused. Was it time for a selfy or my order was finally going to be fulfilled. Once he provided my product. He apologized with a smirk. Read moreThis place was not busy only one customer other than my aunt and I. Went to place our coffee order and the young lady behind the counter acted like it was a bother to take our order. I spoke normal voice level she acted like she could not hear me so I raised my voice a little bit louder as if I was talking to some one who had a hearing aid. Finally finished getting our order taken care of when another employee who was busy talking on his personal phone call about a German Shepherd dog started spot mopping the floor next to us. As he continued to ignore us with out a excuse me or even placing the wet floor sign out. Once our dry scone and coffee was finished. Another guy behind the counter said what's her problem. I Had to point out that we had to walk across wet floors that was only mopped in 2 spots next to us and the front door. Read moreI like this Starbucks but I feel that it just isn't as great as the one across town. There are much less people in this one, yet they take much longer than the other Starbucks to get your orders out. Whenever I do get a drink here, it tastes very different than any other Starbucks I go to, and sometimes very bitter. There have been times where I order something and two different workers give me two of something and when I explain what happened, they just let me keep it. I appreciate the extra free donut or whatever it be, but I only ordered one and someone else should have it when they paid for it. I mean no disrespect or rudeness at all! It is a good Starbucks.
