8-19-25 This visit is my final trip to ever eat at Taco Bell again. My 3 Doritos locos tacos had iceberg lettuce in it that must have been previously frozen, definitely not fresh. All three taco shells all broken. Our bill was $46 and definitely not worth the overly priced food. You can only order now on screens not a live person. So, if u miss a promt then what? Like if you dont want onions in ur bean and cheese burrito. U have to push the botton to modify. Had to have my burrito remade. Thanks friendly manager lady who threw her arms up while walking away. The quality of food from this establishment is very poor. I get its fast food. But we paid $46 to eat aftee frozen lettuce soggy lettuce. Poor management still. Final good byes. This makes me not want to eat taco bell anymore. Owell. Nothing will change.
Horrible customer service at the drive through. The server's name was Dominique M (black male). Needs to listen to customer's orders. I am allergic to onions and I specifically asked for no onions in my burrito and noticed on the recipe it said extra onion's so I repeated my order to tell him extra cheese, no onion plus sour cream. He said I already changee it. Then I asked for more hot sauce to be put in my bag and he replied I already put some in the bottom. When a custom asks for something its ur job to help them not tell them. So said when you go to a place that your used to going and receive unfriendly Service. went back on 7/13/2020 around 8:39pm thinking thing's wiuld be better. I literally live right around the corner from this place and when I got home my #1 taco Supreme combo was cold and soggy. So pissed. When your craving something you want to enjoy it. Especially when you pay for something you expect that it will be good. Better customer service this time though. I love tacobell. As I was waiting in line she told me she couldn’t take my order that I had to order off the computer they had . I told her if I could still order on there because I was paying cash , she said yes it’ll explain .
