The Burger Shoppe — Restaurant in Nevada

We got a buy-1-get-1 free deal on the classic burger and added aged cheddar that wasn't put on the burgers. The burgers were cold and the beef patty had no seasoning and was flavorless. The bottom bun was soggy. The large order of fries was cold and seemed to be baked instead of fried, they were delivered in a paper bag that was sopping wet from the condensation in the main plastic bag.

Possible fixes... Add cheese when ordered. Season burger with salt and pepper. Place paper towel under bottom bun. Deep fry the fries and serve in large drink cup with holes poked in the bottom. Deliver orders in paper bags, fold over top of bag and staple or tape... no...

Oh my gosh. The food was so good. I ordered the wings, cheese fries with bacon and a burger. I was hungry. Everything was cooked just as I requested. Wings were crisp, not dry. Fries were crisp not burnt. Burger was cooked medium, still quite juicy. Ended up eating it like a canapé without the top bun. Buns were fresh but way too much bread for me. I guess I could have requested it protein style but wanted to see how they usually serve the burger. They even put the condiments on the side so burger was not soggy. They did not disappoint.
