The Daddy's Pizza — Restaurant in Nevada

Yeah I'm pretty much done with this place. Walked in to order a slice of pizza and soda. The special on the door. The heavey set older gentlemen behind the counter must have been having a bad day because his attitude was unbelievable. The frown on his face spoke volumes as he rudely said I don't have it. Oh okay... So my sister who loved this place and ordered here many times decided to purchase some pastry thing with raspberry sauce drizzled on it. After her food was done she asked for a fork and the man told her no. He refused to give her a fork. We've given this place chance after chance and the customer service is just too bad to want to deal with. We called once again to place an order and were told we ordered chicken wings once and didnt pick up the order. When my sister told them that wasn't her the man said this is what we can do about it... like he was going to make her pay for another customers food or something... And she was lying to him. She hung up and said she would never order pizza here again and she was a faithful customer. They would know her face if they saw it. So she walks in to order now. I had an experience trying to place an order when calling and again was treated rudely. The owner responded to my last review saying he repeated the specials twice before telling me to go online and just hanging up. It wasn't what he said but how he said it. Like i was inconveniencing him by calling and not knowing the menu. He made up excuses as to why the person treated me the way he did on the phone. The last time we went inside it was completely empty. We were the only customers. Its a shame because the food is delicious. But again the customer service not worth it at all. I will never walk in or call again. The way the man behind the counter looked at us was like we stole from him. I would rather he'd just refuse us service so my sister could be done with this place and not want to come back. I don't know why anyone would put up with being treated so badly. Even looking at other reviews about issues other customers have and seeing the owner responses are unbelievable. If a customer says your wings are oily. They ARE oily. You shouldn't tell them they aren't. Customers are the only reason you have a business don't forget that. The person who says they won't be back and recieved a thank you? I don't know where the people who own this business originated from but it was not america. They are going to learn real fast you argue with customers. PAYING customers or tell them they're wrong because sooner or later you wont have any customers like you did when my sister and i walked in. I don't give this place too much longer before they crash and fail....

Fantastic first time experience! The service was fast and friendly. The pizza was delicious! The price was a bargain! Their menu is boldly laid out with prices, ingredients, and accompanying photos large enough to see details, all posted for easy viewing the moment you step in the door. The prices are good and the options are many! And look at the size of the largest pizza they sell; 26" - WOW!! I like this place a lot and it's only my first time! I will definitely be returning here the next time I'm craving pizza. Or anything else from their menu. Maybe after a few more visits I will bump it up to a five star review, for now I will say it's 4.5 stars. Excellent! Thank you! I will return! Unfortunately, this pizza place didn’t meet expectations. The dough on our pizza was undercooked on the bottom, and while the taste was okay, it wasn’t anything to write home about. The menu offers cheap, basic options like pepperoni and cheese, but if you want anything more interesting, expect to pay premium prices—which seems risky given the low quality of what we ordered.

On the positive side, my order was accurate and ready within the promised 20 minutes. However, the service was disappointing. The worker appeared unprofessional, dressed in pajamas with an apron, and showed little to no enthusiasm or appreciation for my business, though they did say “thank you.”
