The Heavenly Vegan — Restaurant in Nevada

While looking for a new brunch spot with a friend we stumbled upon The Heavenly Vegan and decided to throw caution to the wind. I believe their modern vegan options are among the best I've had. We started with the Wafflewich (consisting of a maple mayo, Tofu Egg and Cheese combination), to their signature Quiche (Almond based Crust with an Almond/Oat/Cashew/Spinah Filling) and finished off with the Mexican Casserole that was not shown on the menu. Overall we enjoyed our food, it's sweet and satisfying. The customer service was great and it was nice being able to chop it up with the owner Maxi. Clean location with a couple of tables inside for seating. They understand everything vegan and gluten free. The owners are very friendly and described all of the ingredients and how they were selected.

They also offer meal preps for anyone too busy to prepare healthy foods. I like that they also have desserts for your sweet tooth that are both vegan and gluten-free.

Very nice place if you’re in the area and off the Las Vegas strip traffic....

I’ve started with ordering the weekly meal plans for lunches since my work day can get really hectic, I can honestly say as a non-vegan each meal has been extremely delicious and I feel full! I’ve enjoyed each lunch and plan to continue ordering so I can stay on the healthy track instead of ordering fast food out of pure rush.
