Pop Lash & Nails — Local services in Spring Valley

So I went here to get a pedicure the day before nye my first red flag should have been the plea for business when I called inquiring about pedicure prices. I worked with who I’m assuming is the owner. I did book an appointment for 3:00pm upon arriving she had customers already which I didn’t mind as I wanted my feet to soak anyways she got me seated got the water going and I waited for the lady I am assuming is the owner to start my pedicure she did the overlay on my big toes and it didn’t look to bad she goes back to her other customers and I just wait an hr goes by and she finally starts working on my pedicure. Things went smoothly until she was about finished… I look down and see her FINISHED work which is the picture that’s uploaded. Safe to say I HATED it. After expressing how I didn’t like it she got an attitude and started being very rough with my foot. While snatching things and grabbing my feet roughly she begins to start filing this mess down and she tells me she will be putting a fake nail on my big toe since I didn’t like her overlay I told her I absolutely do not want that and she continued to say that’s what she’s going to do since I didn’t like it. I tell her no and I show her pictures of other peoples work on MY toes because she was trying to say it’s because my nail bed that made her work look sloppy. After she removed the polish filed down and followed the steps she should’ve done in the beginning instead of rushing my service the nail looked a little better but still NOT worth 41.80. First time getting lash extensions done by Rose, when she was starting the process I felt she was cutting my natural lashes and I ask her if she was but she didn't respond so I asked again and she took a second to reply "no" which left me thinking, not even 3 weeks yet and lashes been falling since day one now I can see lots of sparce areas and I can confirm that my natural lashes were cut shorter during the process and when I asked her she lied about it!!! Did some research and lash techs should not cut natural lashes shorter. Was lied and cheated waste of money $140. Came here, for a 230p appointment, arrived at 230p, waited until 300p. Within in a week, one of my acrylics had popped off (like Tanisha, from Bad Girl's Club, anywho). I called aboit said incident, spoke to a nail tech who said, after 12 minutes of back and forth, that I could come in and get them redone. Only after being told about 6 times that I'd be recharged. I came in the day that I had discussed with the company, and they did my set, it looked about 15% better. The original color I had really accentuated a few crooked nails, so I got a French job.
