Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Nevada

Las vegas location -‐- Worst place I have ever worked! Employees will harrass you/curse directly at you & the customers. I put in many incident reports, management just would tell u to be nicer to the other employees... UNION did not do anything.. about the physical unwanted attention from other employees directed towards myself and others... (a Manager) named bertha claimed she had no control over the schedule and let me go over her mistake--- claiming it was my issues over not getting along with other employees and the schedule.. managers would steal drinks/food or ("write it off on a daily") and would ask for you to "add items or put a larger amount " to their meals "becuase im your manager she would say". Lunches are only 1 hour no other breaks and you get $11.50 for lunch which is not enough in the airport.. u can get 3 tender maybe some fries or 2 peices of nasty pizza/penini . I would NoT suggest ever this item as per health violations that grill is not cleaned properly ever..... Kitchen/work areas are highly condensed... tools are constantly mixed by employees when preparing food if you have allergies beware.. employees that work there (mostly morning a few on mid-shift) are mindless and do not care about customers or the sanitaion/cleaning of anything properly. drink station is broken and if you leave the work area you get into trouble. They time your restroom breaks. I got in trouble for going to the restroom for 15 minutes..... Not worth it go somewhere else...

The pizza did the trick, but I also lucked out with a fresh pepperoni pizza that just came out of the oven. So the slice I had was quite good to be honest, but the overall experience is just as it looks. The service was fine, but a bit apathetic. Theres also the issue with the name of the place. You cannot use the word “Fresh” and have heating pans with mac & cheese along with some other items that look an hour old at least. Plus, when you reheat a slice that is order, as good as it potentially can be, the word “Fresh” should not be used. But, need/want a slice while you wait for your flight? Villa will do. Oh, and $7.50 for a slice is obscene,...

I had such the nicest person serving us her name is Rossana D. De Guzman she was the kindest and helpful person I have ever met in a long while. She got great customer service attitude. She is friendly and deserves to be an manager especially the way she goes all out making sure your satisfied with your food. Please I truly hopes management recognize her. After reading everybody’s review I so totally disagrees. The food here was great along with having great staff. Sometimes people coming here probably ones who just didn’t have great luck at the slot machines so they takes it out on staffs here at...
