I'm a big fan of this chain going back to Cali. Donuts here are bigger, tasty and just as soft and scrumptious as Dunkin's overrated behind.
So donuts for me are 5/5.
But the service...
Well if I could give a place a 10/5 this place would be it. Jose, Cesar and the gentleman that was on overnight are service and quality first and I can speak of how appreciative I am of them.
Cesar shows great customer service and even recalled of a time years ago when I encountered him working at the East Trop/I-95 location. Most importantly I watched how this young man with little or no thought after every guest helped them, took their payment, said his farewells and before helping another guest would wash his hands and put plastic gloves to help the next guest. That's 10/5 during this pandemic .
And let's not speak of Jose, he seems to be one the gentlemen cooking up these delicious concoctions and put in charge of the joint. He takes phone orders and doesn't disappoint after I found out from him that this location now makes muffins as opposed to years prior. Twice now he's gone above and beyond to completing a cheesecake muffin order that my dad dies for. Boss man, owner pay attention because if an opportunity for advancement arrives I can say Jose deserves it. Attitude, service and his precedence for quality and its an easy 10/5 also.
Also lastly, the gentleman that's on overnight, o forget his name. I believe he's a kuya and he also on the handful of times he has helped me been courteous and I appreciate for always working up a new fresh batch of donuts most times I've gone. Salamat po kuya!

Read moreI went here last night with some friends and we bought a winchell's dozen. The only one working was an impatient man named Jose. He acted like he was in such a hurry when the store was indeed empty and we were just trying to order at a normal pace. When my friends card wasn't going through, Jose took our box of doughnuts and tossed them on the counter and shouted at us to call him when we are ready to pay. Then I was trying to just put it on my card and he stayed in the back of the kitchen cutting something as if we weren't there. I rang the bell to notify him that I was ready to pay for our doughnuts and he stayed in the back another minute before finally returning to us to complete the sale. Overall a really bad experience, and it takes a lot to actually make me want to write a review on my poor experience. Read moreCame the night before and it says that breakfast is served 24 hours but they didn’t have any breakfast which was a woman on Thursday night around 8 PM then returning back to the location on a Sunday where Luis and Sebastian we’re at the front desk my sandwich was completely wrong. They were also out of most of the ingredients for breakfast and perhaps they shouldn’t be employed in a location where Service comes first because while they may have been busy putting donuts in a box they cannot make a sandwich. They also couldn’t remember the order so instead of writing down the order at the register, they repeatedly asked what the order was and still got it wrong maybe training needs to be had for those two individuals, but it was the worst experience that I have had at a location and winchells you have forever lost...
