A Nice Restaurant — Restaurant in New Albany

I was greeted with an “anywhere” in a horrible annoyed tone….. not a good morning will be right with you just basically anywhere so sit yourself…. My BLT was completely awful. It had literally one piece of bacon on it. I asked for a side of mayonnaise. It was presented to me in a takeout bulk Mayo pack….. my server went to the kitchen and told the chef and she said I put three pieces of bacon on there, but they were skimpy….server, then came back and stated that to me…. I’m sorry, but if I eat a BLT I want to taste bacon I don’t want a bacon bits BLT with a hint of bacon…. The chips that were put on my plate were some cheap Kroger or GFS ripples… Not even a decent potato chip like a kettle cook chip or a side of french fries….. This menu has literally two sides on it french fries and green beans strangest thing I’ve ever seen in my life…. This place needs to really Rethink a lot of things there is a lot of competition out there and your regulars will not hold your business together…. Redo your menu step up your game I was told they were purchased by new owners. We’ll see what they have in mind for this place… I will not be back for quite a while. I hope you fix this nice restaurant The patrons deserve a better product, food, quality, and service all of the above to make this a nice...

Went here for lunch on a recommendation from my daughter. What a stark contrast from her experience. Our initial waitress was unfriendly and inattentive we had to wait 5 min and ask twice to get creamer for our 1st cup of coffee. By that time it was lukewarm. Never came back to refill

After asking for creamer a 2nd time that is when they switched our waitresses. Food was bland and when we told them the food was ok at check out, they did ask what the issude was, did not seem to care. There might have been a total of 6 table being waited on while we were there and 2 waitresses on duty. I don't understand the terrible service, food...

This is my son's favorite place for breakfast. We went to the location in Floyd's knobs for years. It became so bad we could no longer eat there. It seems like this location is going the same way. We waited today for ten minutes after taking our seat and no one even came to greet us or ask for our drinks, all of the waitresses and hostesses, we're standing at the counter. Talking to each other and laughing and eating candy. We were one of the first booths right next to the door no 1 ever came, so my 5-year-old son and I stood up, walked past the counter. To leave and no one even looked at us or responded in any way, I will not...
