JULY 25, 2020: I'm not sure what has changed recently, but my last couple of visits the pizza hasn't been as good as I have been accustomed to from this location. The dough's been flat, As though it's old or simply not proof properly. I don't know. Disappointing. Hopefully things are back to normal next visit. The staff is still great, but the product quality has to be as well.
SIX MONTHS AGO: Though I only started visiting it in recent months, I have consistently received a better quality product (and service) here than at either the Jeffersonville or Clarksville locations.
Key for me, is crust quality. Because of the variables involved, making dough in-store frequently results in an inconsistent product. Beyond that, once it's made, the way dough is handled greatly affects the quality of the baked product. This store does a pretty good job at this. That's a compliment. Consistently producing a high-quality crust is not easy.
The management here is also clearly committed to providing great customer service, as reflected by the behavior and attitudes of the employees.

Read moreI made a delivery on the app little Caesars, after I placed the order, it was delivered shortly after. I ordered three Jalapeño cheese sauces, None of which came with the order. Once I realized nearly a minute after the order was delivered. I called the store and was told that They did not have jalapeño cheese, and it was out of stock. What I don’t realize is, why did the app not tell me this or the delivery driver. I already knew this was a lie because they just didn’t want to send someone out for delivery since it was just sauces. Then I was told delivery came from a third-party, Shortly after the call was about to end The employee said the delivery driver just pulled up. So I caught them in a lie again. This has happened several times before, but I did not make a complaint. I shouldn’t have to spend money on something that they can’t even provide. Read moreTried calling several times, no one answered the phone. Ordered online. Get there and there's several employees just standing around, only 2 waiting customers including myself. Not sure why they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. Then I get my order from the unresponsive rude kid at the register. Pizza was cut in a weird way, all of ot shifted to one side of the box, big chunks of burnt....something inside the box, and as I ate the pizza...found random toppings and other things underneath the pizza. Pictures will be added. This location gets worse every time we go.
Update: pizza that was saved for later is worthless. It's completely stuck to the box...picture added as well. It's like they used a box that had a pizza in it already, dropped on the ground, and they just reused the box. From start to finish, this store...
