Let me start this off by saying I do not complain I do everything to avoid it and i used to love this location and ate here about once a month but this must be addressed. I am legally blind. With only 20% vision in one eye. I can only see colors and shapes and use apps and magnifiers to help me see I am a fall risk when it comes to handling Food and drink. I ordered McAllisterâs tableside service on the app for this reason. When the waitress brought me my food, I just happen to be on the phone She set my food down really hard but I ignored it because I thought that maybe I was being rude by being on the phone. I told her thank you politely anyway. I ordered a tea separately that was unsweet to be brought to my table without my knowledge they got a new drink machine to where you had to go get it yourself I didnât know that. The waitress brought me my cup, and very rudely slammed it down on the table empty of course I was confused and turned my head to ask her about it before I could even speak she snickers at me and Rudely says I have to get it myself and laughs at me running away before I could even find out where the drink machine is I asked her as sheâs leaving. Where is it and she just hollers over there I get up to the counter where I tell them that Iâm blind and at this point Iâm so humiliated that when they finally offered to help I just tried to do it myself another customer had to help me because I couldnât see and even she looked appalled at the behavior. I left feeling so upset and humiliated i had someone to speak with the manager, Donna Cobb because I was in literal tears and the manager basically said that I was lying, and that never happened because she witnessed the whole thing but if she witnessed the whole thing why didnât she come to help me? Why didnât she stop her employee from being so rude? She apologized after profusely being told off about disabilities And how upset I was. I wonât be returning and if youâre disabled donât bother going here either because they might make fun of you for something you canât help and gaslight you in to believing youre the problem. Very unprofessional I will be contacting corporate again about their ADA policy and how disabled people like...
Read moreThis establishment use to be a nice place to take your family. Not since Covid! If you order take out, 9 times out of 10 they leave something off. We visited today. We were asked how many were in our party. A FAMILY of 5, who live together mind you, could not sit together. We were asked to order and take it home. I was not happy but was going to order. When I ordered chicken strips for 3 children, we were told theyâve been out for a while now. 1. Who doesnât serve the number one requested restaurant meal for children even when itâs on your menu? 2. Overboard On the Covid restrictions especially when the Governor has eased restrictions. Needless to say, we left! And went somewhere we were welcomed and could sit together as a family. Poor, POOR...
Read moreI donât have anything negative to say about the cleanliness and service and taste of food. It was all good. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and baked potato to eat there but I also ordered soup & a bread bowl for takeout. I clearly told them âbroccoli and cheese⌠Well, broccoli and cheddar I guess itâs calledâ so there should have been no mistake as to what kind of soup! We drove another hour and 45 minutes and got home late that night. SoâŚI went to enjoy that soup the next day. Very liquidy potato soup. đ˘ If itâs going to be potato soup then at least give me potatoes in it! It completely ruined my bread bowl. No way on earth I could take it back anymore and Iâm still disappointed not to have been able to enjoy what I thought I was...
