Worst location I’ve ever been to in my life. I could understand if the location was short handed, but they weren’t. The employee who to my order was rude/impatient and kept interrupting me as I ordered with “anything else”. The food took forever to come out and when it did the buns to my sandwiches were burnt. I was also charged $0.25 for an extra zax sauce that I did not receive. Seems to be a small town though so regardless of their service they’ll continue to get business due to it being one of the few restaurants around.

People in back was working hard. While front crew was talking about snap chat took for ever order. Did receive food quickly. The bathroom are nasty(run down nasty needs updating) rusty , no paper towels and sink was stuck running and a bug. Hopefully bathroom only place had bugs.I do want to add that guy working register once he came over worked hard. He really needed help from two in drive through.

WORST SERVICE AND FOOD. Recently staying in town with my parents. Went through drive thru for our dinner and spent just over $50 approximately. Customer service was bad right from the beginning all ladies working that night were very rude didn’t give us the correct drinks one of our chicken sandwiches chicken was raw really bad was not even edible another chicken sandwich had a long hair inside. I drove back to get our correct drinks and one of our missing fries from one combo. They were absolutely rude I had my receipt and they thought I was trying to get “free fries”. I was very annoyed at this point because if they would just do their job like they should and check that everything is packed and cooked people wouldn’t come back to complain. I don’t care for getting anything free!! I just wanted for us to enjoy our dinner that night it was terrible not even the manager was very helpful. Will never be going back it’s sad because we honestly love...

Stopped here on our 7 hour drive home thinking it would be quick and easy. Waited 45 minutes for our food and 2 people, who ordered after us, got theirs almost immediately. It took me and husband going up to the counter 2 separate times to get our order. They also gave off the impression that they didn’t even have our ticket and had to read my receipt to know what we ordered. I understand it’s easy to lose something but just be honest with people. Also (not blaming this on the workers) the grilled chicken sandwich is disgusting do...
