KFC — Restaurant in New Albany

This was terrible! We ordered from the drive thru and we're the only ones there. Got our order and left only to discover they hadn't given us any of the dipping sauces we asked for, no ketchup for our fries and no napkins! I mean, this is just crazy. How do you ask if we need these things and then not put them in the bag. Plus, we had to pull up and wait on our food. Fine, I'd rather wait on fresh food than stale food that's been in the warmer for hours. Well, that wasn't the case. My chicken strips were old, cold and had some kind of line indentured into it like it was the bottom of the stack. Plus it had a pale color to the outside and the taste was bad! My fries were soggy, and when I say soggy I mean it was like they fldropped them in a sink of water! I refused to eat it, any of it! That turned me off of KFC for a while! I always go here at least once a week and have had this problem occur during my 8pm visits. I should have learned my lesson but hey . Any who, when I got to the empty drive thru it took about a minute for a greeting on the intercom ( which okay I’m reasonable maybe they are cleaning), then when the girl came on the intercom I asked for a spicy chicken breast and she stated that they don’t have any spicy breast ( but you guys don’t close til 10), then she stated that they had 2 spicy legs and of course once again I’m very reasonable so I agreed to that. The chicken was fresh but nasty. Salty, not spicy at all and some parts of the chicken looked undercooked. My biscuit (which Is the best part about KFC) was hard as a brick( literally crumbled in my hands). I didn’t even receive a receipt for my order to fill out the survey of my visit. I wouldn't even give it 1star but it makes you. This KFC is nasty and the food is overcooked. Rude nappy haired cashier, and an incompetent Manager! Of course the inspection score is also not visible. The water is brown yes I said brown like mud! Look in the back of the toilet the water has mud in it. I ran water in the sink and covered it with my hand, and yes same dirty mud water. I told the so called Manager and she yelled "not our problem talk to the city" well yes it is your problem when you are clearly operating a restaurant with dirty water that is used to make tea, as well as potatoes there.
