Taco Bell — Restaurant in New Albany

Only takes one bad experience. 👎 If you're not from New Albany, you need to know this. These restaurants all suck. The service sucks, food sucks, this place is a joke. Rude for no reason. Mostly due to the idiots these manager morons hire. Needs to be a better criteria than having the same skin color. Taco Bell, Popeyes, all guilty of having a one race crew. Some restaurants only hire blacks, others only hire whites, they all seem to be run by really stupid people. Not one restaurant I've encountered has had any clue on how to run their restaurant, the amount of business lost in those town phenomenal. I am in the customer service industry, have been for over 40 years. I've been the owner, manager, every level of position that can be held, including janitor. There is no shame in any job except for the level of treatment a person gives their clientele. These businesses are nothing but shameful. Managers believing they are masters instead of equals to their employees that generate the profit. I don't need to meet the manager to know the managers are abusive to their employees because their employees pass that abuse on to the customer. You better believe I could take over any business in this town, fire every last employee, and double the profit of the business. You owners deserve to fail, for not doing better by all...

if you order any kind of box or party pack, pretty much anything that comes with a mass amount of food, either sit in line and check it yourself or pull around to the parking lot and do so, because if you ask them if that is everything, you will get an “oh yes absolutely!” every time but I have come home about 6 or 7 times in the past 3 months or so without my full meals. Just recently I paid $9 for a Luxe Discovery Box and I didn’t receive my entire order. Actually the two most expensive items in the box were missing. They will lie directly to your face without even so much as checking your box and do not care if you don’t get what you pay for. So Taco Bell itself is not what the 2 stars is about. It was the purchased item. The service at the ordering speaker felt very rushed even though there were no cars on the lot or behind us. Once we got to the order window, customer service was better. A friendly smile, condiments received and my coffee with cream and sugar uhmm uhmmm good. The problem was the Breakfast bell Sandwich, that's where my 2 star rating comes into play..It's definitely did not have the commercial appeal to it. I may possibly try it one more time and present pictures but it was a basic meat, egg and cheese between burrito flat bread.
