CC's Dairy Bar & Espresso Stop — Restaurant in New Baltimore

Where do I start?? I asked if they had baby cones they said no only one size ok that's but the Frozen yogurt was not that good. I have had better. Then I asked how the pizza was.oh it's really good. ok I'll get two slices please. The young lady hands me my pizza I looked at the slices and asked when it was made because they look like it have been sitting from the day before. So she tells me it was made fresh at 12 pm it's now 7:15 pm. Due to the pizza being 7 hours old I asked if I could get a refund. The guy man tried a few times but told me he couldn't get it to work. Then he told me he would be right back I assume he called the owner because he came back out and then told me that he could either make me a new pizza that would take 20 minutes to make. Or I could have the owner refund me my $6 later that day. So I said okay. Please have them refund me the money later.( I had my husband and young kids waiting in the car not waiting) Never got my money returned. Tried getting a hold of Carl the owner not getting any response. I would not recommend eating here. If you let your pizza sit out for 7 hours and you still try to sell it to your customers. We used to love coming here all the time, but the cleanliness turned us away. Trash outside of the building on the sidewalk, smears on the door, the floor filthy with napkins, icecream, crumbs, you name it. The counter is the same with smears on the checkout counter, makes you not want to set your things down to pay. Burger King bags on the back counter (I get it if you're the only one on shift and you need to eat, but be more discreet and hide it away from customers eyes). If you like soft serve custard or yogurt great place to go. Also went there on Father's day and got a free ice cream. Very nice people. I'm editing my review because I was down in New Baltimore on the 29th of June for a graduation party. We stopped in to get some ice cream ate the ice cream in the shop which was very good but when we asked for a glass of water they told us no.
