Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New Baltimore

It had been 15 years since my last venture to a Domino's and I decided to give them a try on a whim again. I've since ordered 5+ times in a month for a few reasons. 1.) They're fast! I've always ordered online and their tracker you can view on the website has always been incredibly accurate as far as ETA's are concerned! (I"m aware the actual timing of pizza being tossed/ put in over / inspected / etc. are all just predefined things to entertain you but thats only a 10-15 minute process and the longest delivery I've had to date was a hair over 30 minutes and I'm about a 10 minute drive from the pizza joint. Plus, I've had a few that were 25 mins and under so, either they're not busy and I'm always the first stop and high priority or they're just organized and fast! 2.) Pizzas good! I'll keep this short and sweet. Got brooklyn style pizza and stuffed bread most of the times. Got breadsticks here and there, and was satisfied with all of them. I see a few reviews about undercooked pizza, it being hit-or-miss, among other things. I haven't experienced any of these yet, and I'll surely change my review in the event of that changing. 3.) Lastly, online ordering perfect. I'm a huge fan of companies making their online presence known and well maintained. Purchased online because of 50% off coupon for new customers. It was 30 minutes late, delivery guy said they were down a driver, but it would have been appreciated if I was told beforehand that they were short staffed. One quick call and I could have arranged for my husband to pick up on his way home from work and we could have gotten the pizza still hot!!! We've never had domino's to our recollection before, we were not impressed. The buffalo chicken pizza was bland and lukewarm, crust had no flavor to it, sauce was too light to really taste. It was the worst buffalo chicken pizza I've ever had, and I normally love. Per others (as I did not eat pepperoni) it was "ok", also not hot, lukewarm because of the long wait. Was told by email delivery expected by 6:41-6:51, delivered after 7:20. It was anonymously decided in our household that this was our first and last order...

Horrible food delivery system.It should not take 2 hrs to get a pizza meal.Instead of asking drivers if they can use GPS ask them if they can read street signs and addresses.We ordered a meal watched the GPS driver icon and they were miles away from our address.Waited a bit longer hoping they could correct themselves but it never happened.Called the store told them they re-made the meal and it still took an hour to receive.If this wasn't the first time I wouldn't complain but it starting to become a pattern.Get your act together or start firing the dumb and blind,it's numbers and letters it's not that difficult.If there was a 0 rating you get that from me.When our pizza was finally delivered the driver parked in front of the wrong house and was blasting his stereo for the whole neighborhood to hear.Everyone at this domino's location needs to be fired or just close it...
